I had to remove the bowl and make sure the tree had water overnight since they had already closed. I went in the next day to let them know and get a refund for the defective bowl. They would not refund the money, and told me I had to call corporate. So I did and they told me I had to bring the tree back so they could attach a new bowl. I don't have a way to put the tree back on top the car and tie it down and drag it back to the store. Moral: put water in the bowl before you leave the store or go elsewhere. Super disappointing since I get my tree there every year. Well, I used to do that.
