Cydney was our host and she did an amazing job explaining and teaching us about our new plant babies. I must admit we started late because my guests arrived far after our start time. Cydney had the patience of a saint and told us not to worry about anything and throughout our session she captured photos for us and sent them to me at the end of the class. Prior to my visit I called ahead to ask for accommodations for a few in my crew that have mobility challenges. Everyone I spoke to over the phone had a very positive and helpful attitude around my accommodation questions and if I had to be picky I must say the railing needs some help. They aren't strong enough to act as support for anyone who genuinely needs it. On our way out one of the guests with a cane took a tumble as the railing in the front isn't quite accessible because of the branches covering it. He wasn't hurt thankfully and we would love to return. From a customer who absolutely loved my experience it would mean the world to me if these concerns were taken into consideration so everyone with disabilities can enjoy this space as much as everyone else. All in all this was a 10/10 experience and a core memory had been created here.

I like how they prep it and put it with water in a vase. Such a great look at my high-rise. I love it.! The customer service again is top-notch. Sydney was the best. The space they have here is one of the most peaceful nice places you'll ever visit. The energy here is good and real! I politely asked a worker for assistance with loading, and I was abruptly told, "Go to the office," with an attitude that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Being out in the sun is not an excuse for disrespect. When I went to reception, the situation somehow got worse. The facial expressions, the tone, the dismissive behavior -- is this truly the face your company wants representing it? Because it was embarrassing. While placing my order, the receptionist actually had the audacity to question me: "Why so many flowers?" and "You don't even have a landscaping company." Since when is it appropriate to interrogate a paying customer about their purchase? That is not her role. When there was confusion about the company name, I calmly offered to write it down to ensure accuracy. She handed me a pen and paper in an incredibly rude manner, practically throwing it at me. Completely unacceptable. After I wrote it clearly, and she realized the mistake was on her end, there was no apology. No accountability. Just attitude. This entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below basic customer service standards. I expect better from a company that wants to do business with professional landscaping clients. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to reevaluate their staff and training.

I was afraid that the prices were going to be outrageous, but it was actually reasonably priced. They potted the plant and drilled a hole in the pot for free! It also comes with a care card. They also have other plant-related knick-knacks scattered around the shop. The staff was kind and helpful with questions. They have a parking lot for the strip, so parking isn't an issue.
