I sincerely appreciate the experience, attention to detail, consistent & constant communication, and just the overall aura when dealing with the staff (I've only gone through Christina). Not to mention, the display of knowledge and recommendations for layouts is very informative and in-depth. Even though there was a small "oops" on the measurements for my window sills, the proposed fix turned out beautifully and made no impact on the appearance of the finished product. I found all the staff courteous and willing to go out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new surfaces. Even the installers they sent out were professional from beginning to end. They took their time, were courteous, informative and cleaned up after themselves - within reason (obviously there was still some dust in my yard, but nothing a good downpour or watering wouldn't handle. Major brownie points! ;-) I'm very much looking forward to the backsplash installation and finally getting around to enjoying my new surfaces! It's been too long! We've completed one install (kitchen counters) and have one more in the works (quartz in my study) and couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend GS and will surely seek their expertise/services when in need of future products/surfaces.....

He made the process of residing the garage very easy. He not only replaced the siding but noticed 2 cracked boards in the attic rafters in my garage and replaced those as well. If those boards would have cracked all the way through and broke, the garage roof would have come down. Carlos definitely pays attention to details. He replaced the wood on the front of my garage, primed the Hardy Board, and painted the entire garage as well as reinstalling the gutters. Carlos also painted an area on my house that needed touch-up. From the initial consultation with Carlos to the final cleanup Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job; the team was professional, well-organized and extremely skilled. You can count on Carlos to be fair on prices, honest and prompt. I highly recommend him for all your needs.

Rick also recommended a paver installer contractor (see review for Amador Pavers) who was also excellent. Rick's prices are extremely fair. I was surprised that we could afford to get the same tile in pavers for our pathways given we needed over 300 16" X 16" pavers. The cost was just a bit more them using concrete formed pavers. Rick communicated quickly and frequently. He delivered exactly when we needed and when he committed to. He gave me multiple different tiles/pavers on loan to test. Also, these pavers are really high quality and beautiful. If I had more places for them, I'd put in more. Please see pics (if I can add them) of the final paver path project

We went to the showroom and met with Steve when inquiring about redoing our floors. We initially thought we wanted hardwood or engineered hardwood and told him we wanted the most durable hardwood possible. He let us know that while some are better than others, the only flooring with a warranty for water and pet damage was a luxury vinyl flooring that's fairly new. We were skeptical of vinyl at first, but it looked so much like wood, and the lifetime warranty and price won us over. I also want to note that when Steve came out for the measurement and estimate, we made it clear we needed individuals who could move the furniture. We have a glass dining table, and we had no means of moving it, and other flooring quotes we had didn't include the moving, and they refused to do it. Steve, on the other hand, was very receptive and let us know that his guys could definitely move the table and accommodate us. We were thrilled. We were able to get it installed in less than 2 weeks from the quote. They happily accommodated our request to do it so quickly, and they were extremely professional the whole time. The deposit was a bit large, but so much of the cost is the cost of materials, so it made sense to me. The crew who did the installation were seriously top notch both days. I cannot rave about them enough. They were early, professional, and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home and doing the job. I would 100% use them again for another job, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needed any kind of flooring. These are your guys!

This was a complex project due to the glue down installation of bamboo floors that had to be removed at the second level of the house. Portions of the first floor finished in polished concrete were also installed - all along a gentle curve.. The care and precision of installation was perfect, particularly working around a curved steel stair case that was finished in 3" floating black walnut treads. After a year of use and a long overdue review, I remain extremely impressed with the durability and beauty of these floors. The entire team was fantastic to work with, particularly Steve and his install lead Cesar. When you have a single guy on the install team that makes all of the cuts, you know they have their process down pat. We did not have a single punch item on the job. After our personal experience, we had Steve provide floors for my daughter's house in Mercer Island, Washington. Steve advised on locating a certified flooring installer and the results there were fantastic - a custom herringbone pattern and color perfectly fitting the mid-mod house. We highly recommend European Floors and Steve's entire team.

Mr. Bill and Jose did a thorough inspection in our 1930 pier and beam home. Others offered to level the house by digging all around, tearing concrete and porches, damaging the brick outside, and tried to sell me all new wood, which Jose and another home inspection confirmed had been replaced by previous owners already. Mr. Bill said that the leveling would cause more issues in the long term. He didn't mind doing more work if it was actually needed and produced the results.
