Ok. I've read some of these reviews and I'm bewildered to what they were talking about. I went there skeptical and expecting the worst but that's not what I got! The floor manager/ salesman invited us with a warm smile and was very accommodating. In fact, they gave me some of the best service I've ever had! Let's talk about what they have. They have items that other store are coming there to buy and resale at their stores. I know they got a low rating but try them for yourself. Understand that other vendors that don't want these guys around. They're cheaper and better than the other stores because I've been to most of them. They all told me that they can't compete with this place and they don't know how these guys can have prices so low. What does that sound like to you? C'mon man, I went to this place and I've dropped thousands of dollars but what I bought cost trible from what I spent. I'm a big skeptic but I'm making this my go to spot! I would say 3.5 stars. You can find some pieces for great prices, but there are a lot of items that are close to/are retail prices which I'm surprised for a liquidation store. Overall the store was clean, great air flow, great music, great amount of inventory for small side tables and different lighting fixtures. Positive review first. The bathrooms are clean and seem to have been recently refurbished with some of the many fixtures, sinks, toilets, etc. which are on display in their warehouse-type store. Would not suggest making a trip there only to use the clean restrooms, though. Negatively, you better phone first to see if they stock what you are looking for, most especially items that are on their company website. Bad experience today as I drove many miles to visit and look at the plethora of chain saws displayed on their website which states In-Store only; NO online sales. I can not belive how these people run their business. They do not care about you. They have zero respect or appreciation for customers. I came in, return an item that was completely useless and they refused to refund me for a false advertisement of an item that was suppose to be new, yet, it was trash. I heard horrible things about this place for Auctions. However, after the 1st time, the item I recieved was good. So I went ahead and tried to win some items once again. I should have listen to the people in the facebook group. Not only that, but they bid against you. You will have one name bidding up every single item. Even items that have zero bids, wait until the last 1 min of the auction. Hit Bid, and it will be the same name each and everytime. I looked past this the first time, for I was willing to pay what I was willing to wheather the person behind the auction was bidding up the item up. Shill bidding is against the terms on the HIbid Site, however they will get away with it. Read about an auction, and listen to the feedback before you too get screwed. I was very patient in hopes they would refund my item. It was trash, so I left it at the front desk. You will have to call your bank and request a chargeback in order to get your money back. These people will steal from you upon returning items. They sale broken merchandise and lie on their auctions. The information will show that the product is new, yet it will be missing parts. Upon returning the item, they will refuse to refund you your money. You will have to do a chargeback in order to get your money back. Their customer service is horrible. They will throw their hand up and say, "I am not giving you a refund, and not talking to you anymore." They treated a young child horribly upon returning the item. We attempted up to six times to properly ask for our refund. They ignored every phone call, and every email. We also have footage of the way they will treat you if you attempt to return an item. As of July 2020. This place is pretty much a Home Depot Outlet. Worth a look for sure ONLY if you're patient. There's sooooo much to look at and a real savings if you don't have a specific Home Depot product in mind but are open. There are brand new and [what looks like] returned items. It could seem like things people may have opened and returned or are display items. I've personally found brand new unopened items there at like 50% off. Large appliances like fridges, ovens, and wine fridges are banged up so I wouldn't recommend for that. However, I'd recommend if you're looking for patio furniture, lamps, garage racks, humidifiers, ceiling fans (omg soooo many brand new), flooring, lawn mowers, blowers, literally.. so many things I can't even list. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have never experienced so much disrespect and unprofessionalism from an establishment. Especially from their "owner", Benjamin. If you want cheap furniture and to feel like you're being robbed of your money then shop here! I paid full price for a bedroom set on November 4th and was guaranteed delivery on November 15th at 6pm. On November 15th, I receive no phone call/text/or email confirmation about my delivery. I had to call the warehouse multiple times and no one had any clue what I was talking about. They refused to let me talk to Benjamin who sold me the set, instead they gave me a delivery guys phone number who flat out told me he had no clue what delivery I was talking about. I call back the warehouse and make them aware and they say they'll call me back with answers. I never receive a call back. I had to call them back repeatedly for an update as it was now 8:00pm. They say they'll deliver my items Thursday at 6:00 pm. Thursday comes and still no confirmation that I will even get my items that day. I start calling the warehouse at 5:00 pm to get confirmation and now they are avoiding my calls. I call for over an hour and no one answers. Thankfully I had the delivery drivers number and he tells me he's not making any deliveries. he also gives me Benjamin's personal number. He seemed shocked I called him on his personal cell phone. I also had to show up at the warehouse in person to get a response as to why they're avoiding my calls. It's 6:45pm now, and still no delivery at my home again. They never had any intentions of delivering my items and I fully believe if I hadn't of gotten his personal phone number or shown up at the warehouse to get answers they would've continued to avoid my calls and concerns. They made up so many lies and excuses for why they didn't deliver. Claiming they were behind and had to force their delivery driver to stop mid delivery for someone else to be in route to deliver my items. Untrue. They had to look for and pay a random man (that isn't an employee and has never made any deliveries for this company before- I know this because he told me at my house) who was just looking for work to do this LAST MINUTE delivery at 7:00 pm now for me because I was so upset and not leaving until I know I'm getting my stuff. Like I said, they had no intentions of delivering my items. Thankfully this man takes the last minute job and delivers my items.. but to no surprise, items are missing. So now I have a bed set that cannot be built. Friday, I had to take time off from my job to receive the rest of my missing items. After days of inconvenience, all I received for compensation was $75 for the "delivery fee". Horrible experience with this company. They swear it's new I asked multiple times bc I know there has to be a Used and a New items but I specifically ask about the item I was buying and the lady in the front guaranteed that it was new that no one has had an issue but that's a lie. The owner of this place is a nice guy but the managing staff is one of the worst. I have spent several thousand dollars and that is never appreciated my the management. Every time I go there, their key phrase is that i got some great deals and NO MORE. I was surprised to hear that specially when you are a customer and shop there. When you enter the shop, you will see the sign saying 50 % off of retail stores plus 15% extra off(see pic below). What a lie! The prices are seldom 15-20 % off plus when you talk to them about the prices, they will first go online to check their own F..... prices that they have listed and then argue with you that their prices is 100 or 50 dollars less than the retail stores. A few months ago, i asked them about one of their TVs. It was 150 less but when you check online, be honest you can find deals exactly the same price plus the warrantee. The TV that i saw was 200 cheaper but with no warranty but COSTCO OFFERS 5 years warrantee but the sales management are uneducated clueless idiots. The worst of all that when you start to talk to them about a product, a gang of store staff will circle around you and start debating the price PLUS they will talk to each other in some space language which is one of the worst thing that you can do when talking to a customer. Last month, i was trying to buy a kitchen equipment. One sales person offered me 20% off but the gang circled around and started arguing with each other about the price. I turned around and left and told my brother that we will never come to this place again. Its a mess. I bought a TV from this place a Sony Bravia. I was not told that it was refurbished in fact they open the box for me and pulled it out like it was brand new and told me it was brand new I spent $900 for this TV and now it won't turn on, when I called speak to the manager the woman that answered the phone said that Oliver was not in but she was in charge and when I told her about the TV she said "we offer 7-Day warranty after that it's not our problem" These people are horrible, they do not care about their customers at all. Facebook marketplace deal, said they would have products reserved, they were new in box. Got there, over half were missing, 1/3 were damaged, and the person that was speaking with me on Facebook wasn't there. Total wasted trip, wasted gas, wasted time. We tried working with the people, but they were unwilling and too stubborn for new customers to earn business. I would recommend staying away. P.s. I'm reading these other reviews and want to set everyone's expectations. This place sells excess retail inventory and returned goods at 60% + markdowns. You will have to sometimes look around to ensure you have the correct parts to what you are buying. Furniture is your best bet or refrigerators that are handyman specials. They also have tons of cieling fans.They have loads of great patio furniture but the inventory cycles. If you are expecting a normal retail experience, this is not it. Go here if you are looking for a deal and don't mind digging a bit to find the right items. They are super helpful if you know what you want. This is a scratch and dent liquidation center. Items are extremely discounted but you get what you pay for. Don't come expecting presten condition. However you can expect great service and a limited warranty. I came for a deep freezer and i found exactly what I needed. It had a minor dent on the side but works great. Went there for specific item they have posted on web that was reasonably priced. Asked them about it when I entered. They said that item is no longer there and had been sold a "long time ago" and that they "need to remove the posting." Seemed like bait and switched advertising. They have a lot of stuff; and, for the most part it's organized but piled in. Appears they may buy discontinued or return products in lots from stores like Home Depot, Costco etc... Quality and condition vary greatly. Pricing is what surprised me. The product that drew me in was priced reasonably but not available. Most all products I saw were priced at or above what you'd pay retail stores and online. Some items weren't overpriced but those were items most people bypass anyway. All-in I think you could find a good deal and maybe they'd negotiate pricing on something you're considering. But I wasn't blown away as I would have expected from such type store. read more

They sell 4th party Sony TVs that maybe have 5 on/offs left...(rejects) TVs that have been refurbished and still are now unfixable. On last leg liquidated products. They are for one week warranty which guarantees nothing... Don't give them money! Buy from the actual retailer where you get a warranty. Your getting the same as a old used car buying here ... lots of problems no matter how good the deal is. Keep your money in your pocket and save your time and go elsewhere. Oliver the sales man OK manager there will open the box and plug it in and show you that it is working and guarantee you it is a good TV but it is not... And if you call back in over a week they act like it is a Best Buy brand new TV but they will not warranty it however it is the same as in the store when they purchased it... Buyer beware stay away. I called him and told him the issue and he said I needed to go back in and he would give me an even better deal of 350 on the same TV which is a proven Sony defective product...
