When I called back, they were TOO BUSY and couldn't return to repair it and sent me back to AHS. The 2nd time, still with my dishwasher, the said they couldn't repair it because I had a wooden floor. According to them, I should remove my floor at my expense and then they can pull my dishwasher out. Btw the wrote me. IT is 100% TRUE. Do not go to this company. read more

i have used victor a few times since 2018 outstanding work. This week our dryer stopped working had a F1 error code. it could either be the thermistor or the capacitor on the mother board blew. I called VPS and victor promptly answered the phone and actually scheduled me for the following morning. He promptly arrived diagnosed the issue the motherboard but come to find out they no longer make the board ...No problem Victor to the rescue he took the motherboard home and repaired the capacitor and returned a few hours later to complete the job. he troubled shooted and discovered my clogged vents of 14 years caused the dryer to over heat. so getting to the root cause Victor cleaned out my dryer vent with a approx 20 ft run. He then as a precaution changed the thermistor (took the entire machine apart) and clean the inside like new all for a more than reasonable rate. I explained the problem and he asked me to send a photo of the model and serial number, which I did. He then told me that someone would be at my home the following morning between 8 and 10 am. Our Frigidaire fridge/freezer broke the Friday night before Christmas so we already knew it was going to be difficult to find someone that can come out to fix our fridge. Our fridge had a problem where the freezer was no longer cool enough to freeze food. I tried a few DIY things, but nothing solves the problem. Since it has an upper cabinet to hang dry clothes, I really like it and can not buy another one. Consumer BEWARE! I called this company based on the reviews. I called regarding my washing machine. A young man NOT Victor answered the call and quickly got me on his route. I asked multiple times if it would be Victor who would come out since all the reviews were based on Victor, he assured me he worked with Victor and he would be the one diagnosing. He arrived promptly after we first spoke and began to "diagnose" the problem. The problem was that the machine was making a loud noise during the spin cycle and it was leaking water from under the unit. Within the first 5 min he quickly tried to tell me that the machine was not even spinning just making a sound like it was. I argued that it indeed spins and that was never a problem. He then spent the next 35 min on and off of his cell phone not sure if he was googling how to diagnose or texting with Victor on how to proceed. This young man was CLUELESS in diagnosing he ended by saying he had no idea why it was leaking and that it needed a new transmission. Based on very general things I happen to know if a machine needs a new transmission then it wouldn't spin which is what he was trying to convince me of early on. This company is unprofessional and should NOT be trusted!! A complete waste of my time and $45 to "diagnose". read more
