The owner will also tell you what items they have on the way. Our refrigerator was delivered 4 days after we purchased and the company delivered, installed, and took our old appliance away. What a breeze for us! After moving into our new home, we then needed a new washer and dryer, so back to West. We got a steal on our new Maytag Washer and Dryer and wow, do they work? Commerical products in our home... I feel so luxurious. I will always recommend West Appliances for any new appliances. A few scratches or dents do not bother me and the price is always better than Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, or any other box store. I WILL BE BACK WEST!

All went well ...then, alas it was time to finally replace the dishwasher. I found the business card for the salesman who helped me over a decade ago, Mohammad. Surprisingly, he was still working there and had my old purchase info. I called him, he researched my old model and found a new one that would match exactly, and I was able to buy it over the phone without even going to the store. I did get comp prices, and Sara was the lowest of all. I like this store, and I really like Mohammad. One more positive. The delivery and install was very reasonably priced, but more importantly handled professionally. "Jose" from K & S Services owns the delivery company, has over 25 yrs experience, and is a blessing to Sara Appliance.

He was an incredibly nice, no pressure manager who gave us his honest opinion on what would work best in our home. He had beautiful display pieces and the entire time made us feel at ease. He never rushed us out, never cared for us to ask questions and didn't try to discount his stuff 60% "if I bought it today" (unlike many others in the are) Omar does all the installs and he did it amazing care and precision. He didn't rush and spent his time making sure each part of the install was perfect. When there was a small issue, he drove back to resolve right away and did not go until it was remedied. I can not compliment the entire process enough. If you want an honest shop that truly cares about your home and concern, Omar and Chandliers International is the place to go

Thankfully, it did not cause serious injury, and at that time we chose not to escalate or take any legal action. However, the main chandelier is still defective -- bulbs continue to fall off, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Since it is installed on a very high ceiling, this is not something we can fix ourselves and requires proper warranty service. We have contacted the company 4-5 times, but they only make promises and never follow through. After receiving full payment, their lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. If this issue continues to be ignored, we will have no choice but to share our full experience, including related photos, to accurately reflect the situation
