They wanted to purchase my brand spanking new washer and dryer set for $50/ea when they're in store selling for $499/ea and told me before I could even say anything that there's no room for negotiation. Even if I agreed with your price, you have no kind hearted service at all. They take discrepancies and your OPINION way too personal and will sh*t talk you to your face. I knew the dryer was broken. I wanted to check and see how much it would cost to repair. We paid 65 dollars to confirm it was broken. They wanted 340 to repair a belt. The labor was going to cost 200. They wanted to charge 105 dollars for a 13 dollar part. I called multiple times and left messages about returning a part that was missing. I have not received a call back. We now have to buy a part that was there before. I hope I get a call back and that the missing part is returned. I have pictures and have attempted to text them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. We paid almost $700 for a washer/dryer set. Upon installation, the washer was leaking, but Henry, the installer said it was just rainwater (and this is because they drive the equipment around in an open top pick up). The leak continued and after several emails and phone calls to the company, I was finally able to get in touch with Luis. He came out, said he couldn't find a leak, and that is was likely residual rainwater as well. I said I would call him if it continued, which I did, but that was 15 days ago and now he is completely ignoring me. I actually was able to surprise him with a phone call which he answered, and when I explained who I was, he hung up on me??!! We had a washer leak and reached out to 3 Bees on a Friday based on a recommendation from Yelp. We were told perhaps on Saturday, but definitely Monday or Tuesday. Now Monday was a holiday so we didn't expect much. Texts and calls over the weekend went unanswered. Nothing on Monday (reasonable). No response on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If I could give 3 Bees zero buzzes I would. Instead I will just say that Steve Slanton's Appliance Repair responded quickly, did a great job and - from all reports - did the repair for about half the price 3 Bees would have charged. read more

Called and left messages with no response. Will probably look into hiring a small claims lawyer if the issues is not resolved. I was very impressed with 3 Bees Appliance. I found them from an online search, and called on a Saturday after our washer quit working. We were able to meet them and see what washing machines they had in stock that same day, and they scheduled delivery for Monday. Jeremy contacted me to let me know delivery time, and they gave me a one hour window for delivery. I appreciated the exact delivery time because I have a busy schedule and it was nice not to have to wait all day. Luis showed up at the time scheduled time, and was very professional! He removed our old washer, cleaned up the floor, installed the new washer, and ran a test wash. We have been using the machine almost non-stop to catch up on our laundry and it is a fantastic machine! I am very happy with our purchase. We will definitely use them again. read more

This is a place of crooks, full of miscommunication and home of scams. We requested a dryer from them on Wednesday. Thurday we received it, from off of a banged up old pickup truck with 7 other dryers piled up and damaged. He brought it in and it wasnt working nor did it look like the one we ordered. I felt bad he drove all the way out to the Galleria so I gave him our dryer with his promise of bringing us a better one today. If we didnt test it while he was here..he wouldve collected 250 and not mention a word. We recieved no apology or discount. Today, we get a message around noon regarding the delivery time of the dryer for 4-6. I left work to be here at 4. No one contacted us until 511pm stating they will be arriving around 730 and hes sorry for pushing the time back. I refused to accept their adjusted time and called the owner. The owner JEREMY was upset because we didnt want to accommodate their adjusted time and called me unreasonable because I wanted my dryer back. He stated that due to me "threatening him with calling the police, I could come pick up my own dryer". Firstly, they are inconveniencing our time, and we were notified 49 minutes before it was due for delivery. He claimed it was late because a guy called in...even then, we still weren't notified about that so we could adjust our times. ...If I was you, dont waste your time. BUYER BEWARE! In March 2019, I purchased a washer/dryer set for $450.00. Within a week, the belt on the dryer broke. I called to inform of the issue, a tech finally came out 12 days later. Replaces the belt and all was well. A couple months later, the washer started violently shaking, eventually causing the drum to fall. The shaking caused damage to my floors in a home that I am renting, pretty sure I won't get my deposit back. A repair man came out, charged me $54 for repairing it. Within 2 weeks, the washer was back violently shaking. On top of that, yesterday the dryer has stopped drying clothes. I reached out to the company yet once again with another issue with this washer/dryer set that I've had less than 8 months, asking if they would just buy them back from me, I was offered $100, for a set that I have now paid over $500 for. So I proceed to ask if someone came out to repair the washer for the second time over the same issue, would I be charged yet again... and yes, another $50 bucks.. for an issue that was supposed to be repaired already... so seems like the first repair wasn't done properly to begin with. Not only would I have to pay a repair charge for the washer, a repair charge for the dryer also... long story short, keep your money. Save a little longer, and dish out the extra $300 on a new set, or buy with a different company. read more

Very pleased with the washing machine that I purchased from 3 Bees Appliances. Looks good as brand new! Works great too. Much better deal than buying a brand new washer. Even got $20 for my old broken washer. Jeremy was very polite and helpful. Told me to not hesitate to call him if something goes wrong with the machine. Louis came out and "fixed" my washer for $200. 2 days later, my washer quit working again, with the issues as before. I contacted Jeremy, no answer. I contacted Louis who was suppose to come back to my home today to take another look at the washer. He didn't show up today and didn't answer any of my calls or texts.
