We've used these guys for years. Yes, some of the products have had issues. No, we've never had them ghost us or anything of the sort; in fact, they are always professional, responsive, and they honor their warranties. Henry has twice delivered to our place and helped me load an asset onto our back porch, as it's the only access door that's wide enough for these appliances. Again, ALWAYS professional, always polite, always honorable. We appreciate the brothers a great deal and will use them as long as they're in business. read more

These guys have the absolute WORST customer service and rude / condescending responses ever. Check their Google reviews ouch. They wanted to purchase my brand spanking new washer and dryer set for $50/ea when they're in store selling for $499/ea and told me before I could even say anything that there's no room for negotiation. Even if I agreed with your price, you have no kind hearted service at all. They take discrepancies and your OPINION way too personal and will sh*t talk you to your face. Don't give them your money it's not worth, even if you found a good "deal" and it comes damaged or has maintenance issues, you're on your on. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. We paid almost $700 for a washer/dryer set. Upon installation, the washer was leaking, but Henry, the installer said it was just rainwater (and this is because they drive the equipment around in an open top pick up). The leak continued and after several emails and phone calls to the company, I was finally able to get in touch with Luis. He came out, said he couldn't find a leak, and that is was likely residual rainwater as well. I said I would call him if it continued, which I did, but that was 15 days ago and now he is completely ignoring me. I actually was able to surprise him with a phone call which he answered, and when I explained who I was, he hung up on me??!! Trust this review, you will not be the "Lucky" yelper who happens to get reliable product or service from these crooks. I am embarrassed that I didn't believe the other one-stars. read more

I knew the dryer was broken. I wanted to check and see how much it would cost to repair. We paid 65 dollars to confirm it was broken. They wanted 340 to repair a belt. The labor was going to cost 200. They wanted to charge 105 dollars for a 13 dollar part. I called multiple times and left messages about returning a part that was missing. I have not received a call back. We now have to buy a part that was there before. I hope I get a call back and that the missing part is returned. I have pictures and have attempted to text them. Good luck if you use their services. read more

I purchased an old school washer and dryer set for about $400. They said if anything goes wrong it would only be about $30 to fix! What a deal! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful! They guarantee their work and actually showed up earlier than they originally said they would have been able to (I asked if they could come in the morning). Jeremy and Terry were very professional and courteous I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

3 Bees Appliances - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Humble, Texas

We had a washer leak and reached out to 3 Bees on a Friday based on a recommendation from Yelp. We were told perhaps on Saturday, but definitely Monday or Tuesday. Now Monday was a holiday so we didn't expect much. Texts and calls over the weekend went unanswered. Nothing on Monday (reasonable). No response on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If I could give 3 Bees zero buzzes I would. Instead I will just say that Steve Slanton's Appliance Repair responded quickly, did a great job and - from all reports - did the repair for about half the price 3 Bees would have charged. read more

Bought a washer and dryer set from them. Before the 3 month extended warranty, both sets died and had to be fixed. Fast forward 6 months later. The washer will not turn or fill with water. Called and left messages with no response. Will probably look into hiring a small claims lawyer if the issues is not resolved. At this point Lemons will probably have a better sweet deal than buying from a bunch of crooks who prey on customers hard earned dollars. read more

I was very impressed with 3 Bees Appliance. I found them from an online search, and called on a Saturday after our washer quit working. We were able to meet them and see what washing machines they had in stock that same day, and they scheduled delivery for Monday. Jeremy contacted me to let me know delivery time, and they gave me a one hour window for delivery. I appreciated the exact delivery time because I have a busy schedule and it was nice not to have to wait all day. Luis showed up at the time scheduled time, and was very professional! He removed our old washer, cleaned up the floor, installed the new washer, and ran a test wash. We have been using the machine almost non-stop to catch up on our laundry and it is a fantastic machine! I am very happy with our purchase. We will definitely use them again. read more

If I can post 0 stars I would. Not happy at all with this appliance establishment. They gave us a hard time when coming out to do a repair. We have had this washing machine for 6 months when the cycle dialer broke. It seemed like they did not want to honor the warranty. Very disappointed in their customer service. Would not recommend. Count not get in touch with them. read more

This is a place of crooks, full of miscommunication and home of scams. We requested a dryer from them on Wednesday. Thurday we received it, from off of a banged up old pickup truck with 7 other dryers piled up and damaged. He brought it in and it wasnt working nor did it look like the one we ordered. I felt bad he drove all the way out to the Galleria so I gave him our dryer with his promise of bringing us a better one today. If we didnt test it while he was here..he wouldve collected 250 and not mention a word. We recieved no apology or discount. Today, we get a message around noon regarding the delivery time of the dryer for 4-6. I left work to be here at 4. No one contacted us until 511pm stating they will be arriving around 730 and hes sorry for pushing the time back. I refused to accept their adjusted time and called the owner. The owner JEREMY was upset because we didnt want to accommodate their adjusted time and called me unreasonable because I wanted my dryer back. He stated that due to me "threatening him with calling the police, I could come pick up my own dryer". Firstly, they are inconveniencing our time, and we were notified 49 minutes before it was due for delivery. He claimed it was late because a guy called in...even then, we still weren't notified about that so we could adjust our times. ...If I was you, dont waste your time. They are liars and unprofessional and at this point I'm sure they've taken parts from my working dryer Igave them. We just wanted a used updated one bec ours was older and the knob broke off read more

Great customer service by Mr. Jeremy came out to service my machine and was honest and fair with pricings.

Found what I wanted on the website, then called for delivery. He delivered the new washer to our business location the same day and kept me updated by text on his arrival window. The washer we received looked like it was new and worked great. Very happy! read more

Terrible customer service. Didn't show up to service my washer two days in a row. Waste of time. I would steer away from this place.

BUYER BEWARE! In March 2019, I purchased a washer/dryer set for $450.00. Within a week, the belt on the dryer broke. I called to inform of the issue, a tech finally came out 12 days later. Replaces the belt and all was well. A couple months later, the washer started violently shaking, eventually causing the drum to fall. The shaking caused damage to my floors in a home that I am renting, pretty sure I won't get my deposit back. A repair man came out, charged me $54 for repairing it. Within 2 weeks, the washer was back violently shaking. On top of that, yesterday the dryer has stopped drying clothes. I reached out to the company yet once again with another issue with this washer/dryer set that I've had less than 8 months, asking if they would just buy them back from me, I was offered $100, for a set that I have now paid over $500 for. So I proceed to ask if someone came out to repair the washer for the second time over the same issue, would I be charged yet again... and yes, another $50 bucks.. for an issue that was supposed to be repaired already... so seems like the first repair wasn't done properly to begin with. Not only would I have to pay a repair charge for the washer, a repair charge for the dryer also... long story short, keep your money. Save a little longer, and dish out the extra $300 on a new set, or buy with a different company. read more

Very pleased with the washing machine that I purchased from 3 Bees Appliances. Looks good as brand new! Works great too. Much better deal than buying a brand new washer. Even got $20 for my old broken washer. Jeremy was very polite and helpful. Told me to not hesitate to call him if something goes wrong with the machine. Setup the new machine and made sure it worked properly before he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a good deal on a washing machine. read more

Most people shopping for used appliances are doing so because they can not afford to purchase new, as was the case with me. Jeremy gave me a great price on the appliances and has been great about providing service when I blew a fuse on my dryer (no fault of his). Having someone who knows the machines they are selling is a great benefit if you have to purchase used because they are skilled in repair should the need arise. read more

Great service and prompt response time. Washer wasn't draining. They answered right away and came same day!

Would not even give 1 star but had to! Horrible business people. Bought a washer and warranty in May 2015. Washer started leaking water then smoking. Called him and he came and replaced it with a broken washer. Never again! read more

I contacted this company after finding them online. I spoke with Jeremy who set up for Louis to come to my home and fix my washer. Louis came out and "fixed" my washer for $200. 2 days later, my washer quit working again, with the issues as before. I contacted Jeremy, no answer. I contacted Louis who was suppose to come back to my home today to take another look at the washer. He didn't show up today and didn't answer any of my calls or texts. I would say this company is a rip off!! read more

Easiest washer and dryer purchase ever. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He even delivered to Crystal Beach!

I sold my washer and dryer to 3 Bee's. Jeremy came out and picked them up no problem and even offered a bit more than i was expecting. During the exchange we talked and had a nice friendly conversation that lasted beyond the loading of his truck. I would recommend this company to anyone searching to sell/purchase their appliances to/from a knowledgeable and respectable local company. I will most certainly do business with them again if the opportunity arises. Thanks 3 Bee's Appliances for the smooth transaction! read more

Great Service, wonderful warranty and very knowledgeable. The owner came in, set my dryer up and took my old one away! It was too easy and way more affordable than I thought when my dryer initially gave out. If you are in houston/katy this is the best deal you will find on used appliances. I called him yesterday friday (11/18/2016) and today I have my new dryer working perfectly! Thank you Jeremy!! read more
