Dryer was not heating up but the drum was still turning. I was able to access the Yelp Project service and found this company through their quick responses and detailed messages. They charge an initial $65 for diagnostic, which will be waived with repairs. The scheduling was very simple with updates throughout until their arrival. Once diagnosed with the issue, they were able to repair with very comparable pricing. An additional part was required, so once received, they were able to dispatch a technician out to complete the repair. Will definitely use again. Enjoy! read more

We had a Kenmore washing machine that would just shut off before the cycle even began. Also the door would remain locked. Technician assessed and found a part that had shorted out, ordered new one but it still didn't work. Rather than trying another one we opted to return the new part for refund. Delightful surprise! Very competent and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my ice maker and then developed a leak from the refrigerator unit itself. I had previously had this problem repaired and was told that my particular ice maker was no longer made and that there was no replacement. I had been using a portable ice maker and some trays. Troublesome. These guys came in and immediately located a broken water valve and explained that the leak and the failure in the ice maker were caused by that failure. Unfortunately, the ice maker wasn't repairable. But they were able to find a replacement! After ordering the parts, they repaired the leak and installed the replacement just as they promised and on the schedule that they had quoted. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this group to anyone! Already have! read more

My experience with Mega Appliance Repair was horrible . They came to inspect my washer on June 15th. They promised to be able to fix my washer and could not . They gave me a hassle about getting a refund after spending $530 with them ( part & labor) . When I told them we could settle this in court they began to lie and say that the washer was in working condition when they left . I was lied to constantly, changing my schedule only for them not to show up . When they finally verbally agreed to give me a refund , they said they needed the part I purchased back . I was fine with that as long as I received my money back . Instead of the worker only taking the part I purchased from them , he took additional parts as well as destroyed the remainder of my washer . I was able to use my washer before this company touched it ( although it would spin badly ) . Now I can't use it at all because of the stolen and broken parts . I will now have to purchase a brand new washer. I do not recommend this company to anyone . They are rude and very unprofessional. I am giving one star only because I can not give 0 stars. read more

My dishwasher quit working so I requested service through Yelp. Brian, the technician was prompt and diagnosed the problem and returned with the part the next day to complete the repair. The cost to replace the circulating pump was$275 plus tax. This seems reasonable for a factory part since the comparable unit would cost $700 to $900 including delivery, haul away, tax, etc. new. Hopefully this will run a few years. read more

I was contacted by this company as soon as I placed a late afternoon inquiry for appliance repair on Yelp. They were the first ones, and they were able to come the next morning. Their communication was outstanding, and they let me know everything I needed to feel comfortable about choosing them for our washing machine repair. David on the phone, and then the technician Brian, were both kind and courteous and knowledgable. It was Friday of a holiday weekend, and a part needed to be ordered so we did not get the problem fixed until Tuesday, but we understood. Paid $65 for a diagnostic fee and still left with a non-working dryer. Guy showed up in a mini van and wore his shoes through my house. Uninstalled the vent from the dryer and says it works when not connected. Left it not connected so I could use it. Apparently can't check to see if the vent is stuck closed or anything so I have to call someone else to come out instead. read more
