Peter came within the time discussed and quickly went to work to diagnose the issue. It was either a leak or compressor issue. After further testing, thankfully, it was a leak. For an additional charge, he was able to fix the leak and add refrigerant and is now working again. He took the time to explain what was going on and provide options. I received a response that night via email and set up an appointment for the following day. Our oven has been taking an extremely long time to preheat. I overloaded the washer again and it trips the gfci outlet on the spin cycle. I broke it. I messages them via Yelp and they said it was no charge to come out.
