We had Ben as our service tech today. He was very pleasant and professional. Communication before coming out was on-time and in the window given. I explained what the machine was doing and he got right to work. After checking mid way on him, he had 2 possibilities that he was narrowing it down to. Well the news was not in our favor on this one and he explained that it was not cost efficient to fix this dryer and explained I could buy a new for that. Honesty. That is appreciated and that exactly what he demonstrated. He showed me all the prices of parts and we were in agreement. He just charged the diagnostic fee and put my dryer back together. Don't waste your time and money. I contacted A Noble because my compressor on my refrigerator was making a loud noise. They sent out a Technician and confirmed it was the compressor. I paid the $80 fee and was told they would call me with the quote and the $80 would go towards the repair. A month later I called since I hadn't heard anything. Kristina answered and said they don't do compressor installations only repairs but that they would call back with a referral and the $80 would go towards the referral repair. Nobody ever called back. If you don't want to be lied to and ripped off go call someone else. read more

I had Noble come to my home for my oven repair, he told me what he thought the issue was said he was ordering the part and it would be in, in 2 days. After I called 2 weeks later and was told he would call right back and I've never heard from him again. This was 2 weeks ago and now I've had someone else come and fix my oven. I just moved a dishwasher from my old house to my new house. I also had new porcelain tiles installed in the kitchen. I called Noble and he came out very quickly and did a professional dishwasher installation on my 2018 KitchenAid dishwasher. I am extremely pleased with the work that he did. He checked out the hoses and other mechanicals on the dishwasher and then secured my dishwasher with new brackets. He also told me that he uses longer screws than the manufacturer provides to give the dishwasher increased security and stability in the cabinet. He came when he said he would and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend using him and will use him again if/when I need appliance repair or assistance. read more

What an amazing service company. We had a problem with our washing machine and also the ice maker on the refrigerator. Noble was so helpful and fast and efficient. And very honest! I was referred to Noble from Justified Appliance when seeking someone to come look at my front-load, Maytag washing machine. Justified doesn't work on front-loaders so they sent me to Noble. When I called him, Noble appeared to be a friendly, mild-mannered guy who seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and willing to help. He did some initial trouble shooting over the phone to attempt to identify my problem. In all fairness, Noble told me over the phone that he wasn't sure he'd be able to troubleshoot it during a house-call and preferred me to bring it in so he could spend more time with it. Unfortunately, neither my car, nor my husband's will hold our washer. I requested Noble visit our home and he said he could be out the next day after 3 PM. He was prompt and courteous on his arrival. I was less than impressed with Noble's troubleshooting. He spent some time taking it apart before writing me an estimate for $650 and telling me I'd be better off just trashing it and buying a new one. Considering it's less than 2 years old, that really didn't seem like a feasible option. After Noble left, we further dissembled the washer and found the source of the problem. The drain pump had burned up and was clearly the source of the burning smell we were identifying. We purchased the pump for about $80 at Sears and my husband installed it. We then learned that the pump had blown out the new Control Board we had bought so we spend $206 on another board. All told, the washer was fixed for less than $300. I want to be fair that Noble did say that perhaps he'd need more time than a house-call but considering I paid $50 for the visit, I feel that I should reasonably expect more than about 15 minutes of his time and the recommendation to throw it away. read more

Wow, I am so lucky to have found a noble service. My clothes washer would no longer run the spin cycle. With twins in cloth diapers, we were looking for a new one, while this one was being fixed. Noble came out explained what he thought was wrong by listening to the machine, tested the fault. Estimated the repair, and even told me if cleaning out the water pump did not fix the problem, he had one on his truck. Cleaning the pump of the lint from 10 new towels and a rug resolved the issue, water not draining. Excellent customer service told me about the washer and the weaknesses of it. I will call Noble first next time for sure. Shockingly reasonable pricing and short lead times. Give him a try. read more

A Google search first brought me to this company when I began looking for someone to install my new gas cooktop. Why did I have to search for someone to do this? you ask. Well, it turns out that the installation service offered by the retailer is very basic, and I knew (because I measured; what a concept) that the existing cutout in our granite countertop was too small for the new unit by about half an inch. The retailers could not give me an estimate on how much trimming the granite would cost, so I started researching myself. This company came out, measured, looked everything over, and gave me an estimate for $249 for complete installation, including cutting the granite. That was two months ago. Today, the man came back and did the job. We corresponded by email and phone to schedule the work; he courteously called me to say he was en route; he arrived within the agreed time frame; he kept me apprised of his progress along the way; he was clean, courteous, professional, and gave me a full demonstration of the new cooktop. Since the trimming of the granite occurred in the kitchen and created a good bit of dust, he took great care in using his Shop Vac liberally. He laid all the paperwork, warranties, etc., neatly on the countertop and invited me to call him if we have any problems or need other work done. One of the things I like most about this company is its name, which derives from its owner's name: Noble Justice. I think he lives up to it. read more

DO NOT use this company!!! I called on a Thursday and Noble said he would come by between 2-4 on Friday. When I called in Friday, he didn't have me on the schedule. He said he would come on Monday between 9-12, their last hours before the holidays. I reiterated to him that Christmas is at my house & I need my oven working. After reading the reviews I decided to give A Noble Service a call. I had gas leaking from all burners. I have a cooktop and there was a similar picture on their website. Needless to say the tech. would not try to fix my cooktop because it was glass and he didn't want to be responsible for breaking it or damaging my granite counter. He also could not remove the oven. For that he said I needed to call a plumber. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The tech definitely did not know what he was doing. It was a waste of time and money ! read more

This company is a JOKE! First they will charge you $50 just to tell you how much it is going to be and after you agree on an $85 dollar an hour repair rate, they will call you back and tell you they said $185 an hour. That is a scam. So now I am out $50 for nothing because I had to agree on that before they slammed with the crazy hourly rate charge. A Noble Service installed a new wall oven in our home on Friday. It was impossible to buy an oven that would fit into the space we have because we live in an older home. The cabinet that had to be trimmed is perfect. I just can't say enough nice things about this experience. It was a breath of fresh air when I finally (and thankfully) found A Noble Service. Not pleased with the service I have gotten the last two times I have had them out to my house. On one occasion, they were to clean my dryer duct and in the process, did not correctly re-attach it to the outside vent. Consequently, I had an attic FULL of dryer lint before I noticed it was loose. When I called them back, they not only didn't remember coming out but said they had no computer system or file system to go back and check for their visit, but vehemently denied that they event did duct cleaning. So I gave them a second chance yesterday with my washing machine and was charged $50 for the tech to stand there and tell me that all the parts are working and he didn't know what was wrong with the machine. He could take it back to the shop and take it apart or gee, he has the name of a really good used appliance dealer. Hah. This is a shame because the first couple of times I used them their service and pricing was great. Too bad it's gone downhill. read more
