This is a good home decor store located in Katy, and it's not cheap, but then nothing in Katy is very cheap, but it is definitely a good place to come and investigate some little local furniture store, instead of the big box chains which are not our favourites. read more

For two years I have gone from boutiques, to franchise stores, to online looking for a TV stand that was both the dimensions and material I wanted without spending an arm and a leg. Everything in the store was beautiful. This shop carries all kinds of newly created and re-finished wood furniture for your home. They also sell chalk paint for DIY paint projects and other home decor. If you want quality for your price, I recommend stopping in. Also, the ladies working in the store are great! read more

KTX Home - I finally found my unique, real wood, won't break the bank TV stand I've been hunting for these past two years! - Furniture Stores Near Me - Houston, Texas

Before the store opened on May 12, 2020, I communicated to the manager both via Facebook and through a direct phone call that I wished to purchase a small white hutch and that it was perfect for the small 42 inch wall space in our home. It meant a lot to our family just in pictures because the hardware was an exact match to our kitchen and the hearts on the molding were significant to our family. After more than 2 years of searching, we felt like finally we had found something right for us. The manager sent us an invoice that morning. I called her back directly to confirm I received it, asked about my delivery options and that I wanted to pay for the hutch using my husband's credit card over the phone (an option provided to us) and I would call her back shortly with his cc number and the payment information. In the short amount of time it took me to call her back, she sold it out to someone else!! Shocked and sad, I asked her to please do the right thing and honor my payment as our sale was already in progress. In response, she replied she has so many people who do the same thing and never call back. That is not however justification for her actions. I readied a place in my home for this piece. In addition, within a few minutes of this transpiring and for no clear or apparent reason (I never made any negative comments), she also disabled me from the KTX Facebook page. I feel incredibly hurt and have never experienced this from any other business. Ever. To the manager of KTX Home, please reevaluate your business practices and conduct your business with fairness and integrity. That means honoring the sales invoice you send a customer for a reasonable amount of time before selling the item out from under them. I feel extremely sad as we had already planned so much for this little piece in our home without much in it right now and had SO much hope in your store for finding the right pieces to fill our new home. I hope you will reconsider and do the right thing in the present and in the future and hope and pray this terrible experience and disappointment never happens to anyone else. Ok, this place is entirely too good to be true, but somehow it's true! I found it completely by accident during a weekend trip to Katy and I was SO glad I did! The quality of the furniture is impressive, particularly compared to their prices. This place is super affordable and everything is unique and beautiful! They have a lot of shabby-chique style furniture but there truly is something for everyone here. We ended up getting our dining room table here (which some sweet Katy Tiger football players delivered to our door via Junk Street's delivery service), and I fell in love with the decorative sign that was on the table in the showroom when we went to find it so that came home with us too! For you diehard Texas high school football folks, they also have an entire section dedicated to Katy ISD football swag, and tons of cute home decor odds and ends as well. Its a home good store that sells used furniture and paint. It's very unfortunate I wanted to like this place and the women owner , but unfortunately after walking in and spending $110 on a purchase I ended up getting scolded for holding up the owner to close. The owners complaint was that she closed at 4:30 pm I arrived at 4:20 pm and I ended up staying an extra 30 minutes after closing, I'm over here thinking wow shes accommodating me while I grab my paint but the whole time she was irradiated that I came in and was actually buying stuff. I proceed to check out after she said its 30 minutes after closing please check out now because she had somewhere to be, I told her thank you so much for accommodating me while I grabbed my paint to purchase she looked at me and said yes I have to pick up my daughter and I'm late now. I responded with I'm so sorry you should of told me you had to go and the owner said I told you I close at 4:30 pm and give me a complete attitude. As an owner of a company myself who's been in business for over 8 years I would never treat or talk to my customers with so much attitude especially when the customer is thanking the owner for accommodating her while she spends over $100 the first time she visits this store! Customer service is huge I will not be returning I will go online and other stores around Katy. Depending on your response (owner) I'm open for you to make it right by responding with humility and give a solution to remedy this bad customer service experience. If no response it completely shows what you (owner) displayed which is pride and disregard for customers and customer service. And don't try owner the cheap I don't recognize this customer nonsense, owner take responsibility for your actions and make it right so your business can thrive and not dive. read more

Random visit, was I surprised to find a large Arthur Court clutch tray, grape design, retails $295.00, snagged it for $24. Tag was labeled pewter tray, as a consummate collector knew it was not pewter but aluminum. Store appears to be doing well. Ideal closet island (petite chest) for under $100, real wood, but bigger than my ride. Fresh and fun to re-visit. read more

Saw their announcement of grand opening on FB. Drove over an hour to get there and was totally happy that I did. They had a good variety, reasonably priced, nice store layout and lots of friendly people to help. It was like being in a 3-D pinterest display. Beautiful items, lots of them handcrafted or upcycled.
