The quote was very competitive and fair ! Frank did negotiate with me, which made what I felt was a great deal. Of course, using my credit card with no extra fee, was icing on the cake. Doesn't hurt to get some extra airline miles. Project started on schedule, delayed a bit to all the rain, but finished in a reasonable time. Workmanship and clean up, perfect! Contact with Frank was very responsive. Thanks guys! Looking forward to extend my warranty in two years.

Hurricane Beryl Home Owners Beware! Estimates are not free!…read more The workmen showed up smelling like marijuana. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 1 thing & the insurance company another to "help me out". That's insurance fraud! I was told he would check out what was damaged. The next thing I knew he was charging me $200 for a tarp. I did not ask for that! I asked for an estimate for the damage to be repaired. Stay sharp, everyone. This company definitely pulled a fast one!

I will be contacting this company again very soon. Their work is fantastic!…read more I moved into my new home the latter part of May of this year. It was so beautiful, but the walls just didn't sit well with me. The colors didn't pop. I contacted a company my friend told me about first because she had been using them for years. I did a test run with the walls in my bathroom and the cabinets. I was so disappointed. The color was not what we agreed on and it took them two weeks to finish due to different issues popping up. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and finished the same day...which is what I had expected from the previous company, but anywho...they were great! This company really turned my frown upside down. Even their prices were better than the previous company my friend told me about. Fast, friendly, efficient...what more can you ask for? Contact these great folks when you have a job at home you need help with.

Devin and his team provided THE ONLY positive experience throughout our entire remodeling process…read moreand if I could go back in time, I would've contacted them first! We made the mistake of trying to touch up our walls ourselves and it was a complete disaster! After having our new floors installed though, I decided I wanted a new color altogether (and in a hurry) so I sent out a project request through Yelp. And lucky for us, Devin responded! From the start, Devin worked tirelessly to find a solution for the conflict between my vision and my bank account! He was incredibly patient with me and all my tweaks to the original request. It took me longer than I expected to make a decision, but he was still able to get me on the schedule the same week and for a great price! The first day, Devin and his team came out and meticulously taped up every edge, took down the blinds/curtains/TV's and covered the floors and cabinets. They painted the walls in all of our communal spaces over the next few days and we even had them repair the wall that was recently damaged by a different company. Throughout the entire process, he kept me posted on progress and checked to make sure that we stayed on the same page with placement. When they were done painting, they took so much care to make sure there was not a drip of paint out of place or any evidence that they were ever there at all. With all the time and care they put into this project, we could really tell how much pride they have in what they do. They went above and beyond our expectations (and previous experiences) to make sure this was a stress-free experience. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!! I've already requested (and received) quotes for our next projects with them.

After I talked to the others, I went with Diego. He had good reviews and has Yelps guarantee. From the time I spoke with Diego, he had one of his installers at my house in an hour. The installer was professional and had my fixtures installed in about 2-1/2 hrs. Pricing was good. The installer had to go to Home Depot and get some water lines. There was no up charge for these items - he gave the that invoice. My next project will have a call to Diego and Vayeyo.
