The follow through and neatness of the job was the big upset for me. I waited a month before writing my review and I find something each week that was not finished well on top of the many things I pointed out while they were still on site. He power washed damaging the concrete and only put one coat of patio paint in the high traffic area. Immediately the paint started peeling right inside gate where everyone walks and carries paint chips (including my dogs!). I reached out 2 more times to ask that they fix it and they have not responded to the last request or contacted me after months. At this point, I do not trust them to fix their work. So now I'm paying 2x for my patio to be painted.
