I had Coop to clean the rest of my carpets upstairs where I originally wanted to replace with hardwood flooring. The carpet had the worst smell. The precious owners had dogs. I just knew the carpet was ruined. Coop did an amazing job in getting rid of the smell. I damaged the carpet in one of the rooms pairing because I just knew I had to remove it. He made the carpet look and smell brand new for the entire upstairs. Minus the paint stained carpet, I am able to keep the rest and will be using Coop every year to clean from now on.

While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. Vipertech damaged our property and have decided to do nothing about it (see photos attached). We hired ViperTech Mobile Carpet Cleaning to steam all of our carpet and clean our tile. The technician showed up on time, however, worked extremely fast and damaged our property in the process. The carpet was not steam cleaned properly and our carpet smelled after it was done. After a back and forth conversation with Andrew (The Owner), he agreed that the work was so bad that is was best to refund us the charge for the work they did. However, he said that he is not going to fix anything if the charge is refunded. This is absolutely absurd, especially when ViperTech Mobile Carpet Cleaning ruined our furniture (see stain on our couch), kitchen cabinets, our tile, and wooden floors (see photos). The work done on our house was absolutely sloppy and done with complete carelessness. I thought to myself that maybe the technician was having a bad day, so I made sure to give Andrew at ViperTech a chance to make it right before I post any reviews. When people trust you to come to their home and you damage their property, you are RESPONSIBLE. Since my last inquiry, he has blocked my profile on Facebook so that I do not post any reviews on ViperTechs Mobile Carpet Cleaning Facebook page. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Good luck with your search, but in my opinion, I would look elsewhere.
