Hank was great to work with. Not a pushy salesperson and (most importantly) delivered! His install crew, led by Eduardo, are real pros and super clean. They worked 11a to 9p! I have white walls that stain just by breathing heavily on them. Eduardo's crew did all that work and left only one small smudge. He offered to touch up, but I declined. I expected worse. If you are in Spring, Magnolia, etc, I def. recommend giving Hank a call before you purchase. We were about to pay 20% more. The only minus is Hank never inspected the installation job. But that's fine by me. It's been 4 weeks and carpet still looks new.

Final Cost: Stairs: $2,369 (16 Stairs) Labor: $3,136.50 (597 Square feet) $3,536.84 (Wood) Total: $9,042.34 Note: Joe said the cost of the wood went up because of the Tariffs and trade wars. This caused the wood price to go up and my final price to increase. This also includes the additional hidden cost for leveling (I will discuss this in further detail below) Joe (Owner): Very nice and completed a fast quote in a timely manner. Does not perform an on-site post job inspection. Very hard to get a hold of to fix an issue. Will not fix an issue if it will cost him more money. Contract (estimate): Very detailed, I highly recommend you read every section and have a clear understanding of the contact before he performs work. One of the hidden contract fees are leveling, Joe gave me a very not good answer as to why this is not included in the initial estimate. I was charged an additional $540 for 6 square feet of concrete in various locations. I would have been ok with the charge, he could have at least had an estimated cost. As his contracts say estimate at the top. I take the blame for not accounting for this cost, I did not think I would have to pay an extra $500. I did not take off for this in my final three-star rating. Communication: Very poor, I had issues after the job, and he would not answer the phone. I would call for a few days before I received a response. He will respond rapidly if you offer him a new job. Then he would recommend fixing the issue with the new job. None of the workers speak English very well or at all, I don't have a problem with this issue. I did have a problem when they did not re-install the stand on my cabinets. They did not understand the issue and I still have a stand not install on my cabinet. Cleanliness: The workers left wood dust daily and left a shirt and wood pieces. The workers retrieved the shirt three days after I let Joe know. Joe apologized. Workers: The workers changed twice in during the job, I would have liked to have the same workers every-day. Or at least one familiar face. Craftsmanship: I had a squeak in my floor during installation, I alerted the guys as the installed the floors. They ignored me (communication issue), once completed I alerted Joe and he had them come out two weeks later and use all of my extra wood to fix the issue. The squeak is still in my floors.

Lorenzo and his crew came to clean my limestone floors. My floors are white and were needing a good…read moreclean. Limestone is a porous stone more delicate then marble. He was very knowledgeable and didn't over promise results. He was pretty firm on what he believed the outcome would be. We agreed he would clean and do a light hone vs a polish and then seal. My floors went from a off white to almost a bright white. It changed the whole look. The floors kept the matte look with a slight shine. The floors looks new again. I will repeat yearly with a good cleaning and seal. After completion he recommended proper maintenance and solutions to use for cleaning. His crew was great. Consider them on your next cleaning. Price is the cost of good work. You can't cheap out when dealing with stone. I think the price was fair for market. Really more pleased with the results I wanted.

I had my terrazzo floors supposedly diamond sanded to the tune of more than $3,000.00. The results…read morewere nothing like the results depicted in "before and after" photos here or on Facebook. My floors were clean , but they still looked pretty much the same as before. I was disappointed, but didn't make a fuss. However, in the 3-4 weeks since Total Finish treated my floors, large numbers of deep holes have been appearing in my floor, as if it is disintegrating. This morning so many new holes appeared that I called Lorenzo in a panic. He came by this evening and before even getting from the front door to the living room (while still in entryway) declared that the damage had already been there (even before seeing all of the damage). He then implied that I was lying. I immediately called the realtor and former homeowner IN FRONT of Lorenzo. When the former owner confirmed that the floors were not damaged at the time of sale, Lorenzo again insinuated that I was lying, implying that I wasn't actually talking to the former owner. I then texted several other witnesses who also confirmed the previous condition of my floors, yet Lorenzo refused to even consider that they might have caused the damage. The fact that he appeared to abdicate all responsibility before even seeing the extent of the damage, as well as calling me a liar, was disappointing. This is not the way a decent, honorable, honest, and ethical company does business. I am a nurse and work hard for my money. I don't have $3500 to flush down the drain and then pay even more to fix the damage this company caused. I feel cheated, scammed, insulted, and lied to. He then sent me a partial video in which the guys who actually worked on the floors appear to complain about not being tipped (as I had to go to medical appointment and they were not finished)? I would never hire this company to work on terrazzo floors, and I intend to pursue every avenue of lawful remedy available to me, including but not limited to taking them to court. They claim to offer a guarantee but then appear to attempt to wriggle their way out by falsely claiming any damage was pre-existing. This is not the way our fathers did business. Regardless, the damage present now (with new holes appearing daily) is NOT present in the video they themselves took. Something is seriously wrong with my floors, and these damages and ongoing issues were not present before Total Finish worked on my floors.added photos hope they upload.
