We had flooring installed in 2 bathrooms at our home. The salesman made some promises he couldn't…read morekeep concerning availability of flooring we wanted. We chose to go forward with our bathroom floors anyway. The installer arrived showed us the flooring which we approved. He then asked if he was supposed to remove the existing tile, which we told him yes. IOW he had no previous instructions as to what he was supposed to do except install flooring. He proceeded to do the work and was very diligent about the job. After installation the new flooring looked fine except adjacent to the master bath shower where the grouting and sealing was obviously not correctly done. Repairs attempted by the firm have been insufficient and poorly done. We continue to have water leaking out of the shower onto the new floor at the shower door. The door sweep was damaged during the installation and the firm has refused to make repairs to keep the water from leaking and going under a transition they installed where we must presume mold will begin to grow. Their reason for not repairing it is "we didn't work on the shower". Their 100% lifetime warranty is nothing but writing on paper. Stay away from them!!

I guess birds of a feather.. Right there and that, I knew I wasn't gonna work with them anyway. Asked for a quote nonetheless, since I made the trip. They just do not want your business, they only want to bilk you out of your hard-earned cash, ridiculously expensive; ended up somewhere else needless to say. The address listed for this business is an apartment which I believe is illegal to run a business from a residence. I'm assuming they are dodging tax by not providing me a receipt. I really need this receipt as we sold our home and need to provide to the new buyer. I have a couple of stars because they did a pretty good job. I will report them to the BBB for not providing an invoice as well as running a business from a residence. Also I thought they charged a bit high for the amount of work that they did. I would definitely get an estimate and shop around before using them in the future, especially if you need warranty or an invoice.

My clients house was vacant and for sale when it had a huge internal foundation repair that destroyed the existing floors. He hauled away the old floor and mess the foundation company left and even took away construction debris left behind by other contractors as a courtesy, so my client wouldn't have to hire someone to do that. He was great to work with!
