I had to remind the manager after weeks of not having gotten it and then was told to go to a Walmart to obtain the refund, which was not the agreed upon refund to cover half the cost of the ruined chair. we were offered discounted carpet cleaning to offset the cost of the ruined chair at one point. But I would definitely never use this company again. Not a good way to do biz at all.
