The materials are of low quality, and once they receive your payment, they take no responsibility for any issues. Be very careful when hiring this company... once you pay, they stop responding. Everything was perfect. I mean, perfect. I called to get an estimate and Stephanie came out as soon as she could within her schedule. It was fast and easy to get a quote which was VERY reasonable given my own research (ranges from 3-7 psqft and i paid 4!). This comes with lifetime warranty which was a plus for me. I was scheduled out a few weeks because they were booked up. They had to push a project back for a client and they let me know right away that they were able to do it last minute a day before they did it. This was no big deal because my home is a new build and I had not fully moved in yet, so the space wasn't occupied in my garage or patio (got both done). Workers were right on time and notified me how long they would take. Gave me a progress update before going to lunch and finished the job well before 5pm (started at 8am). After they were done, the floor looked flawless!! They told me how to take care of it and the cure times. Very professional and friendly group. Again. Perfect. If you think DIY is cool to save money, just know the commercial stuff isn't as thick and if you mess up, good luck grinding that out and fixing it. The quality and service throughout the entire process was excellent through my experience. This is exactly what I paid for and if you are thinking it's expensive, keep saving because this was absolutely reasonable for paid services. After reading many positive reviews about Garage Experts of West Houston, we chose them to do our garage floor. The initial impression was positive during the bid process and we signed up for the job. Unfortunately, their execution was poor. The workers showed up on time on a Friday and completed the concrete prep work and the initial epoxy coat. Then they informed me they could not complete the promised one-day job because they did not have a chemical that speeds up the drying process (this is what I understood them to say). I contacted the company's office immediately to complain and hopefully get a commitment to finish the next day. The owners were unavailable and we would have to wait until the next week. No workers on Monday but they did complete the job to our satisfaction on Tuesday...then the 3-day waiting period began...4 days late. No walking for 24 hours, no moving back of garage items like a refrigerator for 48 hours, and no cars for 72 hours. VERY INCONVENIENT. The work should never have been started on that Friday! we were offered a small inconvenience discount with the final bill. My advice, ask the workers when they arrive if they will finish that day, and if the answer is no, insist on rescheduling the service. read more
