I called and spoke with Titus, who was incredibly helpful and responsive from the get go. He had a quote ready for me within a day, and we agreed upon a very fair price. I was told the order would be delivered in about a week, and it was. There was some minor damage caused to my garage floor by the delivery company, and I texted Titus immediately to inform him. He told me he would take care of it, and I'm actually typing this out as the work is being finished, only a couple of days later. He's a consumate professional whom I'd recommend without hesitation. It ended up being $100 under budget without labor, so no, I'm not going to pay it if you didn't put it in my estimate and tried to go over budget.
