He was very knowledgeable and didn't over promise results. He was pretty firm on what he believed the outcome would be. We agreed he would clean and do a light hone vs a polish and then seal. I will repeat yearly with a good cleaning and seal. After completion he recommended proper maintenance and solutions to use for cleaning. His crew was great. Consider them on your next cleaning. Price is the cost of good work. You can't cheap out when dealing with stone. I think the price was fair for market. Really more pleased with the results I wanted.

I had my terrazzo floors supposedly diamond sanded to the tune of more than $3,000.00. The results…read morewere nothing like the results depicted in "before and after" photos here or on Facebook. My floors were clean , but they still looked pretty much the same as before. I was disappointed, but didn't make a fuss. However, in the 3-4 weeks since Total Finish treated my floors, large numbers of deep holes have been appearing in my floor, as if it is disintegrating. This morning so many new holes appeared that I called Lorenzo in a panic. He came by this evening and before even getting from the front door to the living room (while still in entryway) declared that the damage had already been there (even before seeing all of the damage). He then implied that I was lying. I immediately called the realtor and former homeowner IN FRONT of Lorenzo. When the former owner confirmed that the floors were not damaged at the time of sale, Lorenzo again insinuated that I was lying, implying that I wasn't actually talking to the former owner. I then texted several other witnesses who also confirmed the previous condition of my floors, yet Lorenzo refused to even consider that they might have caused the damage. The fact that he appeared to abdicate all responsibility before even seeing the extent of the damage, as well as calling me a liar, was disappointing. This is not the way a decent, honorable, honest, and ethical company does business. I am a nurse and work hard for my money. I don't have $3500 to flush down the drain and then pay even more to fix the damage this company caused. I feel cheated, scammed, insulted, and lied to. He then sent me a partial video in which the guys who actually worked on the floors appear to complain about not being tipped (as I had to go to medical appointment and they were not finished)? I would never hire this company to work on terrazzo floors, and I intend to pursue every avenue of lawful remedy available to me, including but not limited to taking them to court. They claim to offer a guarantee but then appear to attempt to wriggle their way out by falsely claiming any damage was pre-existing. This is not the way our fathers did business. Regardless, the damage present now (with new holes appearing daily) is NOT present in the video they themselves took. Something is seriously wrong with my floors, and these damages and ongoing issues were not present before Total Finish worked on my floors.added photos hope they upload.

I hired this company to clean my house because I was moving out. Upon my initial interaction with…read morethe company I was excited to work with them. They were timely in their responses and provided information quickly. Unfortunately, that's pretty much the only area they impressed me on. They showed up 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which caused me to rush over from my new house. -not a bad thing, just annoying because I had things I planned to right before I left. Then, while I was doing some last minute maintenance to the house, the assistant cleaner comes to discuss the price and work that was agreed upon. The assistant stated, "she really should have come to see the house because for the amount of work, she cheated herself because the walls are so dirty." Mind you, the walls were only "so dirty" in the room which my dogs stayed in their crate AND I had let them know I had dogs AND paid a pet fee. When I said, "ok, so if we take the walls off, the cost will go down, right?" Because I was quoted based on multiple items you can see in the images. The owner then said, "oh no no, we will clean them but we might not be able to get them completely clean." To which I said, "okay, that's understandable." Then, I offered to run to get a step ladder because they came ill-prepared as well as magic erasers because that has worked on the walls in the past. I know so, because I have cleaned them myself. I proceeded to let them finish and did a quick walk through because the assistant was mopping the whole floor which would prevent me from exiting until the floors were dry, and also because I no longer lived there. From a quick glance everything looked fine. However, I did notice the assistant was spraying the floor cleaner directly onto the floor on top of visible dirt and not rinsing the mop. At this point, I was so frustrated I just wanted them gone and to be free of my old house. Well today (3/6/2020), I received this email from the management company(pic also posted: "Good morning, I preformed the move out inspection at 228 Stockbridge. Thank you for leaving the house in such great condition. I received the invoice from the cleaning and carpet company that you had hired. Looking through the house, the cleaning crew did not do a good job. The floors are sticky and the cabinets and appliances has very noticeable wipe marks. It is almost as if they cleaned everything with dirty water and instead of making things cleaner, they made things dirtier. I would recommend calling them and having them go back out to the house and re clean. If they do not go back out, we are going to have to hire another cleaning company, and it will be charged to you. Please let me know if you are able to get them to go back out there and I will give them the lockbox code to get into the house. Thank you" Welp, how sorry am I, now I have paid them $300 for a subpar cleaning job AND will have to pay for a new company to come clean or go do it myself. The WHOLE reason I hired them is because I work full time, my husband is deployed, and I am in a full time Master's program that I have to complete additional work hours for. Prior to posting this, I did try to reach out to see if they would be willing to fix it and they did not feel the need to. If it weren't for this company, I would have been refunded my ENTIRE security deposit and because of them that's not looking like it will happen.. Would not recommend. *pictures posted within "all photos"
