I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

Samual was supposed to be on site between Noon and 2pm. He called to say was running a little late and would be about an hour and 15 minutes. He finally showed at 4:30. He did not lay tarps, used a non filtering shop vac that layered our kitchen and living room in soot, nearly shattered a glass tabletop with the rods connected to the brush, although he was quite pleasant while doing all this. I posted a review on Thumbtack about Brushers Chimneys service and it wasn't long after that they called me. The woman asked if I would at least change my 2 star rating to 4 stars. I explained that I do honest reviews of both good and bad service. She then said that Brushers would refund our money in the form of a check and now would I change my review. I explained that she was actually trying to purchase my integrity which won't ever happen, although, once I received the check I would modify my review to reflect this exchange. That refund was promised in November 2025. This is 12/31/25 and as yet no check has arrived. This should be a warning about those who will attempt to buy you with bait. I will do my best to post my experience with as many media outlets as I can. I posted to Thumbtack and Google. I suggest anyone considering Brushers to read the NEGATIVE reviews. There are plenty of them. I read what their service offered on Thumbtack. Nothing of the sort happened in our home. I HIGHLY recommend STAYING AWAY from this company that won't clean your chimney as can be seen by my photos posted on Thumbtack but, they will clean out your wallet and not honor their word. This is an update: After making this post I was contacted by Brushers Chimney. After some discussion I was assured that a refund would be forthcoming. The refund arrived on 1/8/2026. I submitted it to my bank 1/9/2026. Verified check cleared 1/10/2026. On 1/9/2026 I received a call from Brushers as they noted I had deposited the refund which was for the amount I paid for their service. There was no additional money added for my lost time and the inconvenience of the mess left behind although, they did offer to have someone come to clean up the mess. Naturally, my wife and I had pretty much tackled that job which I reiterated in earlier conversations. I had no intentions of waiting while soot covered everything in our living room and kitchen. I admit I was less than pleasant with the young lady when I received a call asking me to remove my reviews of them on the platforms I posted on. I'm at this time adjusting my review from 1 to 3 stars only because they finally sent the refund after multiple postings. I still do not recommend their services since I was informed that the individual that serviced us is, in fact, one of their trained employees and literally less than half of what is on the website of the service to be performed was actually done. Earlier I stated he was a subcontractor based on what he told me and the fact that he initially bumped the price $50 then lowered it after we spoke.

I was looking to buy new furniture because mine was terribly dirty my dogs kept rubbing against it, and my two toddlers constantly spilled food on it. But then I came across an ad from Husbands For Rent about upholstery cleaning. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give them a call. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and kind, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time this morning in a van with two guys , who explained the entire process and what to expect, the guys took their time, and I was shocked at how clean my sectional looked! The shampoo smelled amazing, too. After about eight hours, the furniture was completely dry, and it actually looked even better than when they had just finished. I'm beyond happy because now I don't need to buy new furniture! They recommended getting it professionally cleaned every six months, and that's exactly what I'm going to do. read more

I know this company is new but I must to say that I was very surprised by them ,they arrived on time , they use a truck mounted machine that prevents from bringing out loud noise to my house (because my baby was sleeping) , my floor was very dirty and smelly Because besides my baby that make a lot of mess often I have 2 little cats that I'm training to use their sand box . Even if I had to pay a littl bit more for them to remove the smell , stains and dirt it was just worth it . The prices comparable to another company that came to clean my carpet a couple months ago are just affordable ,they are very polite , Sean explained to me the process after cleaning the carpet , and talk about tips of how to maintain my carpet in better condition , they use shoe covers , gloves and uniform that's a nice thing as well. Diana worked very efficiently, accommodating my schedule and explaining how the process was going to go. Everything was delivered as promised from scheduling, calling with. 30 lead time before they arrived, which was within the window she originally stated. Then the work was fast and efficient, they had booties to protect my wood floors and treated my carpets for pet odors. They are still drying now but the floors look great. They are going to take a good 24 hours to fully dry and that's a bummer but not a lot could be done about that. Highly recommend! read more

Never in a million years did I think that Upfront Home Service would do me dirty like this after all of our years of working together but I guess that's what happens when a company gets GREEDY. They forget that it is their long time customers who helped them to succeed. Recently, we scheduled a move out carpet cleaning with a few patch repairs. At first, I thought everything was going great until I saw the one patch job. We brought it to the technicians attention & he said that was the absolute best patch that could be done. I didn't agree but waited until it dried. After he left, I went upstairs and noticed that the scent that is usually very pleasant after carpet cleaning was not there but instead the stench of dirty water was present & extremely strong.This was not the norm in past jobs with them so I immediately knew something was not right. I called the office & asked them to send someone over right away to see the job that was done and to smell the odor. I thought Rachel was going to send over a supervisor to check things out the next day but all that came over was a regular technician with a can of deodorizer to mask the odor. I thought they would have redid carpet & fixed the patch but that was not the case. Mind you, my circumstances have never changed during the 9 years I have used Upfront Home Services I have always had animals, & yes, animals have accidents. There was no more or less than the norm. After they cleaned my carpet, the carpet smelt great each time, so they cannot say it was my fault or point fingers. If they had only come out to see for themselves what I was referring to after I asked them to, they would have seen & smelt what I was talking about but they chose not to. A few days after this took place, & after I had a few moments to myself after moving State to State, I wrote an email to the owner, Joseph Pais expressing my concern & instead of reaching out to me personally, he had someone by the name of Daniel Guida call on his behalf. He seemed nice at the time & said he would send someone over to fix. I explained to him that the second visit should have handled this & that we no longer had access to the home. We moved out. I told him we had spent almost $1000 on this work & the least they could do since they didn't fix any of it on second visit was to maybe refund us something. Maybe 15-20 percent of the cost since the job was not done right & no one thought it necessary to stop by next day to see what we were talking about. Well a week later, Daniel did not call me back so I sent a follow up Text to him yesterday. I saw that he read my text but didn't feel he should be professional & reply. I then sent another email to the owner, this morning, & he had the nerve to offer me a refund of $50 & a $300 credit if we ever returned to Texas & needed carpet cleaning. We moved to Florida 2 weeks ago AND WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT TO RETURN TO GET A CREDIT? REFUND ME NOW. THE JOB STILL SUCKS!!!!! If Joseph or Daniel had come to the house, they would have witnessed first hand our complaints & the odor we had after they cleaned it along with the really bad patch job. If our 9 years of business means nothing to them & they insult me by offering me a $50 refund after spending almost $1000 on this past job, then they can keep it. Apparently, they need the money more than I do. Keep this in mind if you need to hire a company to clean your carpet, tile, etc. If my 9 years of business meant absolutely nothing to them, how do you think they will treat you or your home?

Not only did Garrett show up on-time, but he arrived early. He got the cleaning done in under an hour, and was extremely knowledgeable on the type of fiber he was working with. With no pressure, he offered the option of adding a protectant at the end, and I agreed since it was only an extra $54, and white rugs get dirty very quickly. Dry time was 4-6 hours. Over 3 weeks later, and the rug is still bright white and so soft. Zerorez will be my new go-to for any rug and carpet cleaning I need. Thanks again Garrett!

He explained everything clearly and let me know that adding a stain and odor treatment would be the best option to help remove some of the more stubborn stains from the carpet. The service was fast, efficient, and the results looked great. I also really appreciated Adrianna's follow-up, she checked in a couple of times and was very patient through phone communication while I was arranging the service. They were actually the only company that consistently followed up on my request. Overall, a great experience. I definitely appreciate their professionalism and customer service.
