I had a great experience with Husbands for Rent who cleaned my carpet recently. Diana recognized immediately, and pre-treated, some pet stains from my tenant. They proceeded to thoroughly clean the carpet in 2 large rooms and a hallway. It was pretty damp when done, so it was recomended a box fan be placed near the carpet to aid in drying, which I did. After they cleaned my carpets a year ago, they came to clean my dryer vent (2nd floor and thru the roof). My dryer did not dry clothes anymore. So lucky I did. A big pile of lint & mud dagger nest as big as my fist came out. Needles to say this could have set my house on fire. My dryer works just fine now, so don't have to buy a new one! I had two rooms of carpet cleaned, and informed me there was one stain that may not come out, and I understood. They did the job very quickly - in about 45 minutes. Hired these guys for to clean up extremely dirty carpets in my rental home. The carpets had not been touched beyond A light vacuuming in more than 3 years! I was not expecting the job to go as amazing as it did. Three person crew involving Sean, Joe and Diana showed up and within 3 hours did an absolutely magical job with a 5 bedroom house. WOW! these guys are amazing! I had them out for carpet cleaning but since they were here I had them give me a ducting cleaning estimate. They inspected my ducting for issues and brought them to my attention. because my ducting is so old and falls apart when you touch it :X they could not clean it but still let me see inside and took pictures so that i would know how nasty they were (whoa! I never would have guessed they could be THAT bad! ) compared to my newer ducting. They did such a thorough job inspecting and educating me on things about my ducting that no one else has bothered to mention (including the company who replaced one of my units a year ago). I would absolutely have them out to do my ducting. They cleaned my carpets very well! The owner is amazing and personable. They did not try to up-sell me on anything or get me to buy stuff i didnt need. They came out, were incredibly clean, efficient, respectful, professional, and not hard on the eyes either!!! I ordered a Groupon & was trying to schedule a month or so after I ordered the Groupon & they basically turned me down because apparently they have a mileage limit of 20 miles (that I didn't read but...) & I was 22 miles. Really!!!! 2 miles!!!! My response to them was you don't want my business because of 2 miles!!! That's crazy! I'll be sure to make a negative comment! &&& here it is! I used this company on June 10th for carpet cleaning. I was very unhappy with the quality of service. Not only did they leave spots that should have came up, they also left oil in my driveway. When I called and talked to office they told me I should of paid for the deep cleaning and it couldn't have been there van that dripped oil. I asked them if they stand behind there work and they said nothing. Would not even offer to come back and clean the spots. read more

We had carpets cleaned by Husbands for Rent and paid extra to have the stairs cleaned, which was agreed upon beforehand. I told them about two hockey puck-sized pet stains on the carpet before they came out...no problem, they would take care of it. Two days after they "cleaned" the carpet, the stains were back and you couldn't even tell they cleaned the stairs. There was also some crusty sections left on the carpet. I called to ask them to come back out and spot treat the two stains. She told me that spot cleaning was not included in the Groupon promotion and there would be an extra charge. She then told me that those stains weren't in the carpet; they were in the pad and so they wouldn't be able to get them out. Isn't that why you have your carpets (not the padding) cleaned?? They dampened (ie. "cleaned") the carpet in 3 bedrooms, a game room, and stairway, and were there for no more than 45 minutes. Not sure how long it should take, but that seems like a pretty quick timeframe. They also did not move the small items (bar stools and round table) as they said they would. Be sure to get all of your requests and expectations in writing prior to using Husbands for Rent. read more

I had a good experience with this company , in the beginning I was very frustrated because I had people coming over my place in the next days and I called companies to clean all my carpets and any of them had appointments available, beside their prices are just too much to clean a small condominium. I called this company because they are located close to my house and they schedule me the next day , late evening they sent their team and they left super late , they told me that their last appointment was at 6pm every day but knowing my situation they will help me. I can't ask for more , they took their time cleaning my carpet , removing stains and more .
