I had a great experience with Steam Master Cleaning. Mr. Payton Fuentes was extremely helpful, informative, and considerate throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing, what he found, and how to properly maintain everything moving forward. The cleaning itself was very detailed and thorough. He made sure every area was properly addressed and even left a spot remover to help with any future spills, which I really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I highly recommend Mr. Payton and Steam Master Cleaning if you're looking for professionalism, transparency, and thorough results. read more

Our laundry room brick floor gets high traffic and the dogs bring in a ton of dirt. So many companies do not offer brick cleaning so it was nice to have someone ready to tackle the job. Bryan was informative and helpful to determine the best cleaning process for our needs. The end result is very refreshing now that it's been cleaned and sealed! Looks much better! I needed two rooms and a living room steam cleaned that did not been cleaned in probably 10 years. Also, my stairs had not been cleaned since 2005 and it's had 15 grandbabies and five kids and two dogs going up and down and spilling on them and they were just disgusting. So I called Steam Master and they sent Michael and Jacob over, and oh my gosh my stairs look like new again. They did such a great job. Michael and Jacob were so sweet and so nice and they worked really hard. And it really didn't take them a whole long time to do those. I really wish I had taken before pictures but I totally forgot. And the two rooms that I had done had all kinds of stains and stuff on them and they got everything out. They look so good. If you need steam cleaning done in any of your rooms call these guys. They do such a great job, and I think they're very reasonable in their prices. read more

I've asked for them to stop calling me and I will call them for my next service. The initial carpet clean was fine. It took only like 30 minutes to clean 4 bedrooms, however I think it was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyy over priced. But the two stars for their lack of respect. They call and call and call and call and call. I've told them I will call you back when I'm ready, please don't call me. "oh, okay." And they just called now 2 weeks later after me telling them twice to stop and I will call them. I can't. They are blocked. It's too much. 9/19/24- They have called again. I told them stop calling and blocked another number. Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling? 9/26/24- New number to block again. Area code 326. read more

Beware Steam Master Cleaning for your tile/natural stone floors. I just hired them to do a job on one of my rental homes. Paid half upfront but they wanted the full amount which I refused. They did an okay job on a Friday but then started calling me after hours that night for the rest of the payment, I was busy. They proceeded to harass me with calls the next Saturday morning and by the time I was out of bed mid morning had already threatened me with filing theft of services charges against me. When I called back with the rest of the payment they were very rude and still threatening. Beware! read more

The picture shows you what you get. This is paper towel wiped over after my rug was "cleaned". But I was told that I didn't pay for the upcharges so this was all they could do. Quotes almost $500 for basic cleaning and after negotiating got it down to $300 for one area rug, 4 dining room seats, and a couch frame...no cushions. Ending paying him $200 to leave my house. After trying numerous cleaners in the area..and none of them answering their phone... Steam Master not only answered their phone, they were helpful, courteous, (so courteous in fact, I started to think it was an AI bot, lol) and got me scheduled quickly. My technician, David, was professional, and expedited my 4 1/2 rooms worth of carpet cleaning in just a matter of hours..Leaving my floors perfectly clean, and smelling refreshed. Great job, David!! 5/5 read more

Horrible aftermath, moved furniture was not put back, debris everywhere, one of the vent was not put back, and the other wasn't installed correctly. I didn't expect to hire another cleaning service to clean up after a cleaning service, specifically after paying a premium price. Called to add input, and was told a manager will call me back to compensate the trouble but nothing, silent from them. read more

I got this service done about 2 or so years ago. When this service was done, I didn't want to pay extra for the steaming of the walls and the guy who was there said "Don't worry, I've got you covered" as if I wouldn't have to pay but I had to pay anyways. That's not the reason for the review. I think the service done was expensive but great. The 1 star is because for the entire 2 years I get calls, I get letters in the mail, etc. - I have requested them to please stop contacting me so often or at least stick to just one form of contact and yet they won't stop. Yes, their service is good, expensive, but good, but my goodness, please give me a break man. The only reason I'm not using them again is because they won't stop. Yes I've blocked them but their mail is still getting in and so are the voicemails. At this point I'm annoyed and would like the company to respect how I feel and stop contacting me on all these platforms, please and thank you. Obviously, they will not respect my requests any other way than reviews as I've asked this numerous times as politely and kindly as possible. read more

They should stick to cleaning.... They sold us on wood sealant and strip old sealant because it would last longer and look better. Guaranteed we wouldn't need to touch it for 5 years for another cleaning. 6 months later we notice discoloration, fading, and splintering when we had no issues with previous coating. Asked for help when we keep noticing more failures as the months passed and solution and all they offered was discount to do it all over again and claimed warranty is only 30 days when told otherwise by their techs. They sent a tech with no experience followed by the original installer which sympathized but said hands were tied. Finally were offered a "credit" for future service for $150 when we were charged close to $2,000. Horrible service and the obviously don't care about helping their customers. Happy to sell you but not committed to answering complaints. Found two other service companies that both informed us of shotty work that was done. read more

I was happy they came out and done the work same day, but I was kind of disappointed because the tech would not go over heavy traffic areas one more pass, such as in front of the couch, simply because I didn't purchase extras. I don't think I will use them again. All about the the $$$$ read more

Rudy G. Provided great customer service and honesty. I look forward to using Steam Master Cleaning in the future.

My nephew had an accident on my new couch. I could not wait for morning to come. The first number I dialed was Steam Masters. I didn't have to look any further. They came out the same say. Chris was very professional and I love the stories of the restorations he had experienced. The quote was pricey as all get out but I could not bare the smell of urine on my new couch. It took several cleansing but that last one did it. My couch is back to its new couch smell thanks to these guys. read more

I would definitely recommend Steam Master Cleaning for any of your countertop needs. I used them to refinish and seal a very damaged kitchen island and they did a wonderful job. Shaun and Ivan were the specialists who came out and they were both amazing! They showed up on time, kept me updated, worked quickly, were professional, did an awesome job, and cleaned up everything in detail afterwards. Not to mention the marble countertop looks great and like new. Shaun walked me through the various options and respective pricing and took time to discuss with me my best option that would work for me. Highly recommend the company and especially Shaun and Ivan. Also, Bobby was very helpful and responsive in coordinating and setting up the service and meeting. Great job and thank you! read more

Incredible Service! First time customer to SMC services for carpet cleaning. We were extremely impressed! Beginning with quick appointment availability. Technician, Alex G., was timely on the day of service, professional, knowledgeable and transparent with the entire process. Alex worked hard and it showed in the end results.
