He offers on time service, 24 hours a day, clear pricing and a customer focused attitude that blows larger cleaners out of the water. TSnC was scheduled to clean 4 rooms in my home. In fact, I met Shawn after he had sat on our porch continually trying to get a hold of me after his knocks went ignored (we were in the BG watching the electricity linemen fix the downed line). He could have driven off, he didn't and I couldn't be more thankful. After conversing for a bit about what I needed and informing him of the power outage, he offered to go take care of another customer and return later if I wished. WHAT!?!?!
