From the initial contact to the completion of the project, he demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and skill. The person who came to my home was extremely detail-oriented, ensuring to address every task with care and precision. Additionally, I was impressed by how clean he worked, leaving my home even tidier than it was before he arrived. Most astonishing was how quickly he completed the job without sacrificing quality. He met all my expectations and more, and I will definitely be calling him again for any future projects. Thank you, Ronald for an exceptional service!

I called Done Right Remodeling to get an estimate on some sheetrock repair in my kitchen and…read moreceilings. I had used another painting contractor before, but I needed a second estimate for comparison. **Note: when I called the other contractor for an estimate, he asked me how many cracks I had and gave me an estimate over the phone without seeing what needed to be done. Charlie came by the day after I called to take a look at the work that was needed. I had some pretty substantial cracks in the kitchen area walls and some minor cracks in the ceiling in the kitchen. A few other minor cracks in the walls on the first floor also needed work. Charlie emailed me a written estimate the next day which was lower than the previous contractor I had used. When I called him to accept the bid and arrange for a day to do the work, Charlie told me he could come the following day! Joy! I could get this taken care of ASAP, since we are expecting out-of-town guests next month and I didn't want my house to look like it was falling apart. Charlie and his helper did arrive a little later than expected (minor) the next morning, but they took a short lunch and finished right on time. They were great about clean up and were extraordinarily tolerant of my dogs, too! The work that they did was superb. My walls look tremendous now, especially since I painted yesterday -- my kitchen looks fabulous! What was really great about Charlie was that he gave me a lot of advice. Obviously parts of the ceiling would now need to be painted -- but I didn't want to paint the entire ceiling. He saved the strip that he took off, told me where to take it to match the paint (which they did) and exactly how to paint it so that it would look perfect (which it does). He told me precisely how to paint the repaired areas of the kitchen walls first, and then the whole kitchen so that it would look like the walls had never been repaired -- which it does. And, Charlie talks. I like that in repairmen. When they talk, they tell you things -- stuff you can use. He told me what I could use to revitalize the finish on my cherry-stained kitchen cabinets (even sent me a picture of the product). He had useful information to share about basic home repair. Charlie talked; I listened. Done Right Remodeling is a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. That's how I found them, and I'm glad I did. With the quick response and reasonable bid I received, combined with excellent workmanship and clean up afterwards (a big plus in my book), I see why he's earned that A+ rating. I would definitely recommend this business and call them again for a repair that I could not do myself.

So I asked if we can move the start date up. He and his wife, Erica (then-fiancée, who now manages and procures for the business) moved their schedule around to accommodate my request. He is very dedicated to the work. I learned that they got married in the middle of our project. He just took 2 days off; got married in the weekend and was back to work on Monday! Sorry, Noah and Erica. He appears to have an artist's eye; made sure to put quarter rounds even inside the closets (which are largely hidden from view, see picture). He laid the planks vertically from the front door instead of horizontally (which, if done, would have cut the flow from the entrance). He matched the quarter rounds with the existing baseboards, so that if the latter has a small angled side, he would cut a small piece of the quarter round to fit that small side, instead of just doing a right angle. It looks aesthetically finished, instead of just looking "done". Erica is the same. When Noah was running late going home, he sent her a photo of what he thought was a finished job. She saw that some of corners and door-jamb trims did not have quarter rounds. She told him he had to do them. They're a good team. Noah is straightforward and very amiable. He explains what he does and is never impatient with questions, however inane. He is generous with his knowledge and is willing to teach how things work. He finished the job right on schedule, which allowed us to spend New Year's Eve in our new home. Fast forward to a couple of months after. He came back to fix our sprinklers that sprang leaks. Outstanding Handyman - Highly Recommended!…read more I live in Crosby, Texas, and had a tough time finding a reasonably priced handyman. After doing some searching, Danny was one of the first to call me back. His rates were fair, and I decided to go with him to install a ceiling fan, mount a TV, and install a bathroom cabinet. I'm so glad I trusted my instincts--Danny did an outstanding job. I actually received another quote that was about $20 cheaper, but I've learned the hard way that sometimes trying to save a buck ends up costing more in the long run. That definitely wasn't the case with Danny. His work was thorough, neat, and professional. He even stayed longer than he originally estimated to make sure everything was done right. I voluntarily gave him a little extra because he truly earned it--and honestly, I wish I could've given him more. He was worth every penny. I didn't have the lightbulbs needed for the ceiling fan installation, and without hesitation, Danny offered to come back on Sunday after church to finish the job. Thankfully, my daughter was able to run to Walmart and grab what we needed while he completed the other tasks. It just goes to show how committed he is to his work and making sure his customers are satisfied. Danny is a rare find these days--reliable, honest, skilled, and courteous. He'll definitely be my go-to handyman from now on. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
