This guy is amazing. I called Behzad on short notice and he was able to still come the next day and mount my 2 TVs. His proces are very very reasonable. Initially, I was going to use Mounasters bit their quotes were too high. Monastery have great website and have great ads to push their buisness and I'm sire they are professional, however Behazad is just as professional with a price you can NOT beat. Behzad will always ask you how you want your TV. He walks and talks with you with every process. He will NOT leave until you are satisfied. I STRONGLY recommend VIP Assembly for TV mounting and other assembly projects. read more

Ben was great and efficient to work with getting a Picture Tv, Sonos Soundbar up over our fireplace. He also installed a TV and soundbar in our Movie Room. I originally used the handy app to have someone mount my tv. Terrible idea. The guy installed the mount upside down and didn't screw it in correctly. It ended up coming out the wall. I found this company on Yelp. They responded quickly and came same day. They were nice and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend vip assembly. I'm a satisfied customer! read more

We called twice and got two different rates…read morewithin the same day. 100/hr cash 120/hr card first rate we received, these rates hiked up to 135 cash 175 card. We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

I would definitely hire them again. They were super polite, on time and wore masks keeping with Covid rules which I appreciated. Also, they kept me apprised as to their arrival time with text messages beginning in the morning. They were to arrive at 5:00 pm but it was great to receive the text messages. I hired them to disassemble my existing bed frame, assemble a new bed frame, remove a large old chest of drawers from my home to make way for a new one I had purchased and hang a large mirror on the outside of my closet door. They completed the work in about 1 hour and removed all the old items as I had requested. I could not be more satisfied. read more

Ben, was so timely and professional -- not used to such great customer care!! He analyzed the complexities of the mounting operation, recommended a better & more secure mounting bracket -- and even traveled to purchase the hardware at no additional cost besides the material. A few days later I contacted Ben if he could install a sound bar. He recommended a good one with a fair value, picked up the bracket and then only had to spend less than 30 minutes installing it! VIP Assembly was amazing. They installed my 55 inch tv in about half an hour. It was done in such a timely manner and no mess was left behind. This is our second tv installation by VIP Assembly and I have recommended him to all of our family members that need TV's installed. I previously had my TV mounted by someone else a few years back. I noticed my mount was no longer flushed with the wall and got worried it will fall soon. I requested a quote at 9:30 Saturday night and was messaged back within minutes. They were at my house 9:30 Sunday morning to remount my TV. very professional and will definitely use them again. read more

Great service and very polite, they put together three bed frames. three IKEA closets, and one day bed. They were very clean and picked up everything afterwards, they even moved my nightstands so everything was organized I will definitely use them again to hang my curtain rods, pictures and tv's when I move in. Their schedule was very flexible, they arrived early (they made sure it was ok, first), and they were very efficient. They were able to get done in 1 hour something that would have taken me a day. I also love their guarantee their work for 90 days. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Ben and his helper did a great job hanging a new mini blinds. Also they fixed our front door lock which was hard to fix and no one could fix it before. Ben is very intelligent, resourceful and friendly. We highly recommend his services. Excellent job! read more

Excellent skills. The men were able to assemble a rotating book shelf without having been provided any instructions with the item. They also reassembled several pieces of furniture that had been assembled wrongly. I would recommend this company. read more
