This guy is amazing. I called Behzad on short notice and he was able to still come the next day and mount my 2 TVs. His proces are very very reasonable. Initially, I was going to use Mounasters bit their quotes were too high. Monastery have great website and have great ads to push their buisness and I'm sire they are professional, however Behazad is just as professional with a price you can NOT beat. Behzad will always ask you how you want your TV. He walks and talks with you with every process. He will NOT leave until you are satisfied. He came over yesterday after I messaged him Friday and installed a new electric deadbolt and remounted another one that wasn't working or properly installed. His name is Seydou (say-do) and he is super professional and reasonably priced! He does free estimates and accepts Zelle. I also like that he texted with me instead of calling! 10/10 recommend using him. He ran to my mom's house after finishing at ours and hung up some stuff for her and tightened her loose glass shower door! I know we have some members who do handy work, but they are often very busy and booked out. I'm glad I found Seydou with Trusty Wrench!

Stay away from this company. I hired them to install a premium louvered pergola, and the experience…read morewas extremely disappointing from start to finish. They promised a two-person crew but only sent one installer, which immediately caused delays and quality issues. The installer failed to complete the job, left components unfinished, and improperly installed hardware to the point that several decorative corner covers cannot even be installed correctly. There are also cosmetic damages and signs of rushed/improper assembly. I was initially willing to overlook some of the cosmetic damage because the company acknowledged the issues and promised they would return to finish and correct the work. Unfortunately, after repeated follow-ups, they completely ghosted me and stopped responding. The pergola functions, but the installation quality is unacceptable for a project of this cost and complexity. I now have to hire another professional to correct and finish their work. I would strongly recommend hiring a company with actual experience installing louvered pergolas and outdoor structures, not just general assembly services. Most importantly, don't trust TJ, he'll say anything to get your money.

I had a local move , just 10 min up the street in houston/cypress ,…read moreand was trying to find the most efficient workers, who were also within budget and could help me pack up any boxes that I did not get to. What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!

We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

I would definitely hire them again. They were super polite, on time and wore masks keeping with Covid rules which I appreciated. Also, they kept me apprised as to their arrival time with text messages beginning in the morning. They were to arrive at 5:00 pm but it was great to receive the text messages. I hired them to disassemble my existing bed frame, assemble a new bed frame, remove a large old chest of drawers from my home to make way for a new one I had purchased and hang a large mirror on the outside of my closet door. Ben, was so timely and professional -- not used to such great customer care!! He analyzed the complexities of the mounting operation, recommended a better & more secure mounting bracket -- and even traveled to purchase the hardware at no additional cost besides the material. A few days later I contacted Ben if he could install a sound bar. He recommended a good one with a fair value, picked up the bracket and then only had to spend less than 30 minutes installing it! I previously had my TV mounted by someone else a few years back. I noticed my mount was no longer flushed with the wall and got worried it will fall soon. I requested a quote at 9:30 Saturday night and was messaged back within minutes.
