I messaged them and they gave me an estimate and time window within 3 days of my request. The technician came over with his backpack of told mask on face. First of all, I purchased furniture from Ikea and needed them to be put together. I was given the information for Task Rabbit and to call them right after the delivery for the installation. That was not the case. Especially when Ikea gives you a time frame of 9am-9pm. I really needed the furniture to be put together. I can't say enough about Assembly Worx, from the moment I first requested a quote, until the time Tony finished the assembly of my new office furniture, the service was beyond superior. I requested a quote through Yelp and within 30 minutes, I had a quote and a date to come out, only 3 days later. Considering the "Covid-19 climate" we're in right now, having someone come out in 3 days, was as valuable as coming out in 3 hours. Before I go into how great Tony was, I'll share my horror story.....my husband, thinking he would help by expediting the process and having someone come out sooner than Assembly Worx could get out, took it upon himself to implore the help of another person. Well, after 6 hours of only getting the desk half finished (and completely backwards) we had to have the same individual disassemble it and come retrieve it, as it was ALL messed up. So, not only did my husband have to cover the cost of the professional assembly, he had to buy me another desk( grant it, the previous one was brand new, out the box). Well thank goodness for "save the office" Tony. Tony came out on Sunday and put together my entire office of new furniture (chair, desk, hutch, bookshelf, and file cabinet) in 4 hours, start to finish (that includes carrying boxes from garage to upstairs office, unpacking boxes, assemblage, and neatly placing empty boxes to the side). The cost was extremely reasonable and the professionalism and service Tony provided was priceless. I've already ordered another piece of office furniture and as soon as it comes in, I'll be contacting Assembly Worx again, to come out and assemble it.
