While he was very nice and generally competent IKEA was not his predilection. Ended up leaving out some major structural components. Ran out of time since he was alone. Job is 95% complete, so I will have to bring in someone to finish. I get the impression that dispatch will say anything to book the job and do not co-ordinate that well with their techs, which are all independent. After completing the job I submitted pictures and the resident confirmed the job was completed accordingly. Fast forward 3 plus weeks. I have not received a payment for the work completed. I tried reaching out to their HR department multiple times with no answer and no return call. The next day I receive a call from HR and spoke to mike. I explained to him I did not receive payment for work completed. I submitted pictures as well as the work order that was submitted to my email as proof. Mike then sent me a text message with an email link to their Finance department.I then sent an email explaining the above situation. Once again no response. I then demanded that day respond to my email and submit payment for the work order I completed immediately or I would take further action. After that email I then received a response later that day asking me for my zelle information. I then responded and sent my zelle information.And of course the zelle never came. After much frustration I reached out again to their finance department. I asked him where my missing payment was? They then explain to me yesterday that they would send it by the end of the day. Today is Friday May 8th. I have not received any payment. If you operate with integrity and want to protect your business. Stay away from Miracle Pros. They are Just another scam company that takes advantage of its contractors. Also FYI I did a business search in Texas and their LLC came up as not active. Homeowners and contractors proceed with caution!

Now, my husband and I have been happily married for more than a decade. We've had our rough patches, sure, but we always get through it. Reading the 3 pages of 8x10 contents sheets.... And then the 50+ steps after that to build the set... I wasn't so sure he and I could get through assembling this Playset with our marriage intact. Thankfully I was recommended New Choice Handy Service as someone who could save me, personally, hours and days (if not weeks) of stress, strife, and marital struggle by doing the assembly for us. I liked that they are bonded and insured, so if something goes wrong there's recourse to fix it. I also liked their fast response- I reached out that evening via Facebook requesting a quote. Less than 10 minutes later they responded, asking for the Playset details which I sent. About 5 minutes later they said they absolutely could help and it's a fixed rate for this type of playground, and they could arrive as soon as 8am the next morning! Fast forward to today, it's 3:30pm and I now have a Playset built and anchored before my kids are even home from school. New Choice Handy Services are the equivalent to magic fairies that get your chores done while you're not home- at least that's how my kids will perceive the magically-erected playground in the backyard!
