Installation of sprinkler and sod was scheduled for Friday and Saturday. They did part of it on Friday and left a complete mess for the holiday weekend. They did not come back to finish the job until the following Wednesday. The only communication I got from the salesman, Hank, was initiated by me, the customer, and even then he lied to me on 5 different occasions. Anytime I tried to clarify information which came from him, I was yelled at. Never, in all the years of working with various contractors, have I ever been so poorly treated. As a customer and business owner myself, I truly appreciate honesty, owning your mistakes and making it right, and being treated with respect at all times. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. The only thing that happened on time was the bill!

I Choose the ZD1211 Because it is a Diesel motor, and it is difficult to keep Gasoline on hand. My 2000 Gallon Diesel tanks are constantly monitored by Moffit fuel, and the telemetry (digital Monitoring system) is set to refill at 20% We have 3 inline filters One being a glass fuel water Seperator, and the other 2 being Wix 24006 filters. The tanks are cycled every 2 weeks The tanks feed all grounds equipment, and we have never had a fuel issue with any other machine, a total of 17 Peices. When I purchased one of the mowers it failed to feed out of the left saddle tank, from the first day that I picked up the machine. We purchased the machine in the summertime. We needed the machine, and my grounds manager said we could limp through. I took the machine to get repaired and was told that the tank had sludge and water in the tank. I happily paid, and returned the mower to my grounds crew. The problem persisted and I was told that the fuel had water in it. Strangely enough the fuel that was in it was from Wowco. I picked up the motor on 6-28-25 and the wowco fix was to remove the Kubota designed fuel system. I spoke with Wade Smith and asked why I was paying for the same repair twice. It seemed like a valid point to me. I paid my bill of~1650.00 which included other services. I feel that a company that doesn't take time to communicate with their customers is a perishing entity. I can no longer do business with a company that I cannot trust. I have been in business for myself for 25 years and have sold 2 different companies. Honesty, open dialogue, and the ability to know right from wrong. I have worked in the industrial world all of my life and have handled the separation of liquids, for the largest companies in the world. It seems like wowco policy is we are always right, even if we are wrong. I am contacting Kubota, to notify the modifications to ensure that my warranty is not voided.

WOWCO sent a wrecker to pick it up to take it to there shop. Expecting the worse as the cost and when I contacted them they had already started repairs so I asked if they could give me an estimate on what it would cost as I was told the ECU went out , expecting a large Bill and they could have taken advantage of me knowing I had to pay to get it fixed and they told me there was no charge because of a recall , They fixed the Tractor right away and even delivered it back to my home . It turned out to be the best decision we made. Sara gave us a big smile and was, "Welcome to our store and come on in." We had a puppy in our hands, so we looked at her. Will you be closing soon want to peak quickly? She was like it does not matter what time it closes and bring the puppy; we can let you test our floors. We stayed over two hours after closing and went home jumping for joy. Sara even kept the puppy busy while we were looking. We've never in our life had that level of service. Sara and the crew, Bali and Meghan- Store Manager, were like a family you just discovered. The most important part of LL Flooring is missing with your other retailer. They streamlined product chain, shrinks overhead which allows the company to discount its flooring as result you get more than you paid for with added customer service. The store (yes, the store) arranges a home visit with an estimator and, later, signs a contract with the purchase of what you want to have installed. They walk you through the whole process until it is complete to your satisfaction. The floor installer comes to your home and installs the product. If a problem arises, the installer is doing something you disapprove we picked up the phone and called the store. Sara picked up the phone and took care of questions and talked to the installers. She communicated to Meagon who instantly takes action being the manager of the store. Meagon's priority is her customers. It is a daunting process if you don't have a crew who genuinely care about their customers, are professional, knows the product, and answer the question we ask. We told them exactly what we wanted, and after looking for nearly a year around other places, they granted us our wishes for the floor and the stairs. It was like going into a luxury store without paying the price. It took me so long to write this review because I am still dealing with a fraudulent monster contractor. I would genuinely like to thank the 8366 Westheimer store and will never forget the positive impact you made in our lives. I wish Sara, Bali, and Meagan could handle the whole renovation process. A class action lawsuit was brought against Morning Star, they lost. I was part of the class. The flooring was so bad it had to be replaced. LL Flooring(formerly know as Lumber Liquidators) installed the bamboo flooring. They floated the slab and then glued the bamboo to the float. They didn't bother to seal the slab. Moisture came up through the slab, ruining the floor from beneath. Turns out bamboo flooring is never supposed to be glued. Instead it is floated without glue when properly installed. So our huge investment turned to crap after a few years. Things they did wrong: 1) sold defective flooring 2) failed to seal the slab 3) glued the floor to the float. 4) wasted $18,000 of my cash I would never use this company for anything. They are hiding behind an Alias, LL Flooring. Now I understand why the new name. Very sad flooring company, in it for quick money. Sell terrible products and they install them improperly. Simply shameful.....
