Now during COVID, when TreeFrogs are swamped with business and couldn't get us on the schedule for two months they are so busy, for our new move they decide to ask for my original purchase receipt because they couldn't place the it. Now on top of charging me $600 to move it, they charge me $600 in replacement parts. Saying the wood is rotten and they refuse to honor the warranty. Ignoring that they have records of the previous move and the badge on the side of the treehouse with the address of the purchase location on it (pictured below). Also, this move is for a disabled veteran. Very bad form, gouging clients and not honoring their warranty while the community is suffering. Their business is booming and we're trying to not lose our home.

Absolutely miserable experience. The contract said 10 days to complete but it took over two…read moremonths. The owner insisted that this job was "more difficult than they thought so she insisted we pay an additional 60% (yes, you read that correctly). The rope bridge is not safe to use, the cedar shingles on the contract became fence boards that leak water all over the inside, there are over 100 nails facing inside the structure so it's absolutely unsafe until I can have someone come complete it/repair everything. Simply horrendous experience and the end product is unsafe and therefore unusable. Now we have attorneys involved trying to sort this mess out. If you want to have someone come ruin your backyard, argue with you and insult you, leave you with an unusable product and end up in court, Treehouse Magic is your place!

They also have trampolines which we will likely get next year. It is an absolute investment. The guys came and set it up for us and it was quick and easy. We truly love supporting local small businesses whenever possible because, in our experience, small business owners are usually passionate about their work and provide outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Johnny's. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Honestly, I wish we had read the reviews before making our $20,000 purchase. The entire experience became an absolute nightmare. Without exaggeration, we dealt with: * 8 (YES, EIGHT!) no-shows -- meaning we planned entire days around their scheduled visits, only to receive no call, no text, no update, and no respect for our time. We always had to be the ones to reach out just to find out they were not coming. * 1 scheduled visit where they actually notified us they would not make it and needed to reschedule. Sad to say, that felt like a win considering the circumstances. * Countless unanswered calls and texts, along with at least 10 promises that were never fulfilled. * An improperly installed electrical component that could have become extremely dangerous. We ultimately had to recommend and involve our own licensed electrician to ensure the work was completed safely and correctly. * 4 missing pieces/items which were ultimately installed after a very long and painful process. * A complete disregard for the customer's time, money, and overall experience. Unfortunately, once payment was received, customer service and accountability seemed to disappear entirely. I will say the office staff were always kind and pleasant to deal with, but they also seemed powerless when it came to actually resolving the issues. I genuinely hope Johnny's can improve their communication, reliability, and customer service because those things matter just as much as the product itself.

They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.
