The 1st and most important part is- no hidden fees. Upstairs, Refrigerators, Safes, etc, they never hit with an additional fee of any kind. I did agree, on a couple occasions, to pay a gas charge. But the circumstances were still all too kind on their part. I had them move from my house to my office, to a storage and back to another house. It was ridiculous on my part, and I agreed to an additional $40.00 gas. They had a 22 ft truck, so they still lost money. If I would have known that then I would have given them even more. (oops.) I've always been allowed to speak directly to the owner to arrange the move. I also always request Leo on every move. Furthermore, they have never broken a single item. NOthing has ever come up missing. When I had them do a company move, changing offices, I had to request a copy of their insurance and they provided it, no problem. On personal moves, They put together the beds, the tv stands and entertainment centers beneath the big screens. They don't put together the electronic part or hang the televisions, etc. Bonus: I don't have to unpack dressers, file cabinets, etc. They use giant saran wrap and wrap it around everything, so it will stay closed. So I use less boxes. Sometimes I ask for 3 movers at a time, sometimes 2. Just depends. Small variance in price. On the big jobs it's more cost efficient. They won't pack anything. And since you're charged by the hour, do realize if you are packing and they are waiting, it is on the clock. I learned that on my 1st move. It was a "shazaaam" moment for me. Besides the cheapest, they are the best too. No frills, but an honest move that will exceed your expectations.

They don't charge the typical $100 start up fee that most moving companies do, they always provide wardrobe boxes & for any girl that is a huge help. I was so nervous the first time I moved, I have a very large vanity with marble & a full size body mirror, it has a significant mount of sentimental value to me and I was moving to the 3rd floor with no elevator. Cedric and his team took my vanity apart and wrapped it by piece by piece with care. It made it safely to my apartment and right out this time as I moved into my new place. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will work hard and fast, take care of all of your belongings and at the same time not charge you a crazy amount as a result.

Basically he was a last minute call. Started a one apartment move at 9:45 am and did not finish until 4pm. The one gentleman stayed on his phone saying he was talking to a manager about another move. My furniture was dropped a few times damaging my sofa and solid wood tv stand. You can tell these guys did not have experience. How did I know this because I worked as a mover for 4 years in college and my uncle who was there worked at a company for 3 years. I have damage to my walls and stair rails. I have 2 sofa's, one chair, king size mattress and rails, two stands, dresser and about 9 medium boxes. It was so bad I rented a small uhaul and brought my own tv's. We had to assist them to bring my sofa upstairs because they dropped it and cause a big hole at the bottom. Scraped my front door at my new place. Left tape and plastic all over at my old place. Mover said if we had 3 movers we would have been done faster in 3-4 hours. The movers were nice guys but you can tell they were not professional. The estimated move turned from $309 to 756. The manager insisted that these guys were professional and we need to pay 680. We had to go help them because they were moving so slow. My last movers were done in 2 half hours with three movers. They did not have a time slot that day for me. I have pictures of all the damage. One manager said we will discount you and just charge you a $100 an hour. Lol That was terrible because two men took almost 7 hours for a one bed apartment. Worst experience ever lady even said I will tell them to stop taking things off the truck if you want pay the $780. Worst experience ever with a moving company. I had a camera system in my home and outside. Two neighbors witness my furniture being dropped. Also the lady was very rude and demanding me to pay 789. Paid $600 and they broke contract when 2 men showed up instead of 3 we agreed upon. They did not tell me this until they were outside. Terrible business!!!!!!! Showed up in a rented uhaul truck. Please don't give me an excuse about covid because camera showed no on had on mask are gloves. . One guy was a last minute hire. The camera shows I didn't have a-lot. They did not fulfill their part of the contract. Inexperienced movers damaged my furniture and walls. They took 6 hours for a one bedroom apartment. They did not have to walk far and dude kept making excuses. Also we had a freight elevator. The one sofa didn't fit in there but we helped them bring it up after the one guy said it was impossible to bring it up. My new neighbor said my sofa is bigger than yours and my movers got it up easy. I repeat do not use them!!! Your movers didn't even wear mask or gloves. They were all in my house around my family without mask. DO NOT USE BOOT LEG MOVERS!

He answered his phone on a Sunday, he did everything he could to accommodate us on price and scheduling. His company was the only company that didn't ask us a huge charge for traveling, if you go down the list and call movers in the area yourselves, you'll find that all except this company does this, even local ones. We had to make last minute changes to our scheduled move date and they were happy to accommodate us and in return we worked with their schedule as they were running a little late. They communicated well! The team did a great job and we ended up requiring a lot more time for the move than originally scheduled however, they still finished the job with excellence without any additional hidden charges. They even brought an additional helper. The furniture was carefully wrapped up in plastic and was placed at my brother's new home as instructed by my brother. They uninstalled and installed all his appliances (washer, dryer, fridge) and checked to make sure they were working properly. Best of all, they had the most competitive quote. We couldn't have found better movers. We recommended them to my uncle who needed movers for his office this week and they once again did an excellent job.

I contacted them a few weeks later to move me from my storage to my new home. They gave me an $80 discount. They never showed up, never offered and apology or even an excuse. I assume they took another job and felt that since they had given me a discount they could push my time back. It was unprofessional and total disregard for my time. This is the policy they always have per the rep that I spoke to. I have NO reason to lie about this. Every mover I talk to had availability but not the right price. I did NOT call too late to book movers. Also, I just saw this reply as the owner waited 3-4 months later to sneak a dishonest reply. I dodged a bullet not working with this company. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I just called for a quote. I felt that the quote was reasonable for 3 movers. Unfortunately, the company was simply inflexible about the move time. They refused to accommodate a 2 hour window. I live in an apartment and we have to reserve the freight elevator. We can only book it for 2 hours. 150 movers will do 8am-10am moves or 11-3p. They will not do 2 hour increments after 10am which obviously would not work for me. It is a shame because. Most people moving from apartments, need to book a freight elevator. The person that I spoke to was courteous and professional. I just wish the company was more collaborative. Ah well, there are other companies.

When they arrived, they got straight to work. We were surprised by how fast they were able to move everything! They each were professional, polite and efficient. We have a tight spiral staircase in our new house, which is a pain to get furniture up. They kindly moved a whole office up the stairs without hesitation or complaints! We appreciated this because we know how much of a hassle it is to move up those stairs. They also were very careful with our items, they wrapped all the items that needed wrapping and carefully loaded and unloaded our stuff. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. They were able to move 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a kitchen in 3 hours (including a 20min drive to our new house). We were impressed by how quickly they got this done! The pricing is extremely reasonable. I feel that the quality of service was worth even more than they charged! This was such a positive experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing moving services! We will definitely be using them again!

They provided me with a quote and I set my date just as I requested. They moved my belongings very efficiently and safely. My furniture, mattress, dressers all were perfectly wrapped so no damage would occur nothing was moving freely inside the truck it was all tied down as well. It was delivered safely and damage free, the movers were very professional and courteous. I expected the cost to be expensive it was very reasonable, if you are in the houston area this is the company to use. Even so female owned company. Love prissy movers!!!!! Thank you for all your help
