Robert was extremely responsive and was able to send out his crew for my move in very short notice. Osman and his crew came out on time and did an amazing job with the move. They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. If you are looking for hard working, experienced, honest, responsible moving company that cares about your assets for great price, I wouldn't look anywhere else. I sent a message to ask about a move from Houston to Knoxville and within an hour received a message back asking for photos of what we needed moved. I sent photos and a message that I can send an itemized list of exactly what we need moved. That was a week ago. I have heard nothing back so I've moved on. It's a shame really because these guys had such good ratings that I didn't even have another mover on my list and I was going to pay whatever the cost was. They moved three large appliances from an old home to a new home. I really didn't want them to damage the walls or other furniture and they were flawless. Only issue was communication towards the day of the move. I assumed the time I was provided was the start for the move and packing; it was not, with the movers coming about 5 hours later (assuming they had another stop) and it made for a really long, hot June move. This was our first time hiring movers, every other time we just did it ourselves. But man! we didn't realize how much work it really is until now! So this time, we figured we needed some help. I found Prestige Movers on Yelp after checking out their awesome reviews, so I shot them a message. Robert got back to me super fast and sent over a quote for a 3-person crew. Everything was handled by text, which was really convenient. On moving day, they showed up right on time and got straight to it. They wrapped up all our furniture in blankets and plastic, which I loved that! They also took apart and put back together our dining table and bed frame, and it looked exactly like it did before. Super smooth. We were moving out of a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor (no appliances, and we had our boxes packed), and they had everything loaded up in about 2 hours. We didn't move everything out since we still had a few days left at the old place but our main goal was to get the heavy stuff furniture and boxes we had ready to move. Once we got to the new one-story house, unloading took about an hour, and nothing got damaged. Big win! Just a heads-up, we have a huge TV, and we decided to take it in our own van just to be extra careful. Would definitely recommend doing the same with anything super fragile. Paying was easy, we just Zelle'd them, which made the whole thing even more hassle-free. All in all, we're super happy with the service. I had a family heirloom - large oak desk and oak chair - moved from my house to a relatives house in Beaumont. They wrapped each drawer in moving blankets and shrink wrap, wrapped the desk in blankets and shrink wrap, safely moved the HUGE desk, drawers and oak chair from the second floor to the first floor of my house, and then onto their truck. All of that took approximately 30 minutes. They safely drove to Beaumont in less than 3 hours, unloaded the desk and drawers, assembled all the parts and placed the desk and chair in the appropriate room. Prestige Movers are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Their pricing was VERY reasonable for moving a desk and chair from Houston to Beaumont (I had 5 bids; they were in mid range) and I will not hesitate to use them again! Roberto was very good at communicating. His crew does not speak english very well, but we used google translate just fine when we needed to communicate in length! They showed up on time and the price is great! no hidden fees or extra charges. just straight up! I typically use 3 men and movers because they are consistent, but this was a smaller move for me and 3 men wanted to charge me 800 dollars! Roberto's pricing is very fair for what you need to move and he responds quickly. It was 250 for 2 hours. And the crew wasn't trying to slack. Roberto personally does not do the move, but he responds and cares. I had a horrible experience with movers a year ago because the guys would stand and talk, walk around and look at things, move very slowly, and they would look at me and slowly move again when I told them to pick up the pace. The movers from Prestige worked and moved over 50 boxes (plus furniture) out of a storage unit and into my home within 2-3 hours, just like Robert, the representative said they would do. Very professional! 5 star ratings are well deserved based on our own experience. We couldn't have done this move as efficiently without them. They wrapped up all furniture properly and safely transferred. They also covered up the carpeted area where they transferred materials and wore protective covering on their shoes as requested. The main thing that had to be tackled was a heavy elliptical machine that I honestly wasn't sure how it would be out of the house and into the other safely - but they did it! There was a minor chip on a corner of one of the legs that was plastic, but nothing major and made no difference on its function - it was disassembled for safe removal from the first home and assembled properly at the other and he even made sure I tried it right after to know that it's working and was very apologetic. He came by our apartment to review the contents before giving us a quote, then came by again so I could sign the contract and give him the deposit. He was very flexible not only in letting us slightly adjust the move-in date but also letting us book him before we even had a destination address! (New York *rolls eyes*) He and his large team arrived promptly on move-out date, were so insanely efficient that they completely moved us into the truck (1b1b apartment) in barely more than an hour (including disassembling our table and bedframe), even when another moving company started using our freight elevator. He kept me updated by text and in just 3 short days was in LIC ready to move us in. Even with just a 2-man crew in NY with a tricky and tight flight of stairs they moved us in in just 3 hours including rebuilding the bedframe and dining table. Absolutely no damage to any of our stuff including a moderately large sofa and 65 inch flatscreen among other items. Was quick to give me the moving invoice how I needed it for reimbursement with my new job. I can't say enough good things about my experience. If you're able to spring for a private mover instead of taking a huge risk with a moving broker and having your stuff languish for weeks, Roberto and his Prestige team are your best bet. They took good care of our boxes and furniture. I was planning on putting two box springs into the mattress bag for easy moving but they said they can just use their bag so I can return the mattress bags I purchased from U-Haul.
