My apartment was on the second floor without an elevator and yet it was not an issue. Everything was secured once placed into the moving truck and nothing was damaged during the 45+ minute commute in Houston's traffic. They even arrived to the destination before me. The job was done fine. The workers that were sent were independent, and they sat idle on the clock several times to extend their paying hours. They were done loading the truck in 49 minutes, but somehow, it turned into a 3hr job. They charged me almost $500 when it should have been $240 to ensure each worker was paid. read more

My experience with Bryan Moving Services was extremely disappointing. I expected basic professionalism, but instead encountered constant miscommunication -- every time I spoke with the mover details changed. To make matters worse, the mover was rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Even more uncomfortable with the mover trying to make it seem like I was the rude one when I asked for some respect because I was not being disrepectful. There was no sense of organization or customer care throughout the process. Get a company that gives you a contract and explicitly states what they will provide. A+++++ Amazing Service!!!!! Bryan Moving Services saved the day!!! They arrived early and helped me unload my Ubox. They unloaded everything in an HOUR!!!! Not only that, it was raining outside and they moved all my items to the 3rd floor, being careful to cover the carpet and removed their shoes each time they entered. The movers communicated with me to make sure each box was placed in the right room and they delivered each box with care! They positioned my television and assembled my couch! They took away boxes and wrapping to the trash and even folded the rental blankets that were inside the Ubox! These 2 arrived at my home 45 minutes earlier than we planned and we even changed the time to an earlier time. They work so fast disassembling, packing up and wrapping. They truly anticipate any and everything. They managed to organize and neatly pack everything into my 10x12.5 storage and this is all coming from a 2 Bdrm apt fully loaded with the works, kids toys and everything you can imagine. I'm amazed at their speed. Loading, unloading took a little over 2 hours. They work so well together and remained professional the entire time. The price is perfect for everything they accomplished. Worked fast, but quite careless. Owner was asked on 3 occasions to work carefully and not be concerned about speed, but carelessness continued with damage to multiple items, including breaking off piece of wood and scratches to antique sideboard (after being instructed on how to handle it), scratches and gouges to newly painted doors, careless with items on dolly causing them to fall off. Promised to disassemble & reassemble furniture & appliances & did so, but limited quality. Would not include TVs. Poor value for service quality. read more

They arrived at our PODs location before us and were trying to get the POD that we had, so we weren't wasting any time. They also then helped me pack up my apartment to move into my new place. The day of my scheduled move they were not there during the slotted arrival time. When I called them, they stated they were having truck issues and would be there for another four hours. I will never reach out to this company again. At least have a common decency to tell your customer you're having trouble and can't make the schedule appointment time. I sent a quote to another company on Yelp and opted to have my quote sent to other companies. I received a response from Bryan Moving with a competitive price. I ended up booking them literally the day before since I had ran into issues at my new house and wasn't sure if I'd be able to move on my planned day. I received a response from them within minutes and after providing my number via yelp they called me immediately to confirm the moving address and time. With all the reviews flagged as not recommended I was skeptical however with the timely responses and the last minute booking, I went with it. After all, I did book this within 24 hours of needed them. I am so glad that I did. They arrived before our scheduled time and waited for the loading dock to clear from the prior resident. They were able to back into the loading dock and get started right on our scheduled time. I was so impressed with how they both expertly wrapped and loaded up my entire apartment. I have some very fragile pieces, glass tables included, and they were all handled with care. Nothing was damaged, everything made it, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Sadly my new place is a three story townhome and even though I kept apologizing they both told me not to worry, this is what they do. I booked their services on Tuesday for a move on Thursday. They showed up on time, ready to get to work. They were not able to get the truck close to the apartment but that did not seem to bother them. They went right to work, moving what needed to be moved.
