I contacted them to move a few items upstairs and place two very large rugs under king size beds that were already assembled in the house. They were able to come out the very same day! They took apart two large king-size beds, perfectly positioned new large rugs in both rooms, then reassembled and placed all the furniture exactly where I wanted it. They were extremely efficient and had a great attitude--even when I asked them to take one of the beds apart again because I wanted the rug moved over just a couple more inches. Hired a three person crew. The main person Salvador was very active and had extra ordinary energy for a two bedroom move. The other two people were struggling (I felt so bad for them). Since it is per hour so overall the cost ended up being more than I expected due to being a slow move. The crew was overall professional and did not damage or lose items. Very highly recommended! This was my first time using a moving service and it was a wonderful experience! The 2 movers arrived early and truly worked quickly. My apartment was on the second floor without an elevator and yet it was not an issue. Everything was secured once placed into the moving truck and nothing was damaged during the 45+ minute commute in Houston's traffic. They even arrived to the destination before me. The job was done fine. The workers that were sent were independent, and they sat idle on the clock several times to extend their paying hours. They were done loading the truck in 49 minutes, but somehow, it turned into a 3hr job. They charged me almost $500 when it should have been $240 to ensure each worker was paid. read more

My experience with Bryan Moving Services was extremely disappointing. I expected basic professionalism, but instead encountered constant miscommunication -- every time I spoke with the mover details changed. To make matters worse, the mover was rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Even more uncomfortable with the mover trying to make it seem like I was the rude one when I asked for some respect because I was not being disrepectful. There was no sense of organization or customer care throughout the process. Get a company that gives you a contract and explicitly states what they will provide. Owner was asked on 3 occasions to work carefully and not be concerned about speed, but carelessness continued with damage to multiple items, including breaking off piece of wood and scratches to antique sideboard (after being instructed on how to handle it), scratches and gouges to newly painted doors, careless with items on dolly causing them to fall off. They arrived at our PODs location before us and were trying to get the POD that we had, so we weren't wasting any time. They also then helped me pack up my apartment to move into my new place. I had such an awesome experience with these guys! They literally saved me from a miserable situation. My family was supposed to help me but they all bailed on me last minute... Big surprise right? So in comes Jose and crew to save me last minute. The guys wore masks the entire time during the move. They had everything from packing tape to blankets and did not require any of my supplies (other than my boxes of course.) They helped me disassemble and loaded the truck while I scrambled to finish packing, which is not easy on no sleep... Nurse life LoL! After they loaded everything I had packed, they even helped me finish packing as they could tell I was struggling. They took only one break during packing which was well deserved and appropriate. I sent a quote to another company on Yelp and opted to have my quote sent to other companies. I received a response from Bryan Moving with a competitive price. I ended up booking them literally the day before since I had ran into issues at my new house and wasn't sure if I'd be able to move on my planned day. I received a response from them within minutes and after providing my number via yelp they called me immediately to confirm the moving address and time. With all the reviews flagged as not recommended I was skeptical however with the timely responses and the last minute booking, I went with it. After all, I did book this within 24 hours of needed them. I am so glad that I did. They arrived before our scheduled time and waited for the loading dock to clear from the prior resident. They were able to back into the loading dock and get started right on our scheduled time. I was so impressed with how they both expertly wrapped and loaded up my entire apartment. I have some very fragile pieces, glass tables included, and they were all handled with care. Nothing was damaged, everything made it, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Sadly my new place is a three story townhome and even though I kept apologizing they both told me not to worry, this is what they do. The day of my scheduled move they were not there during the slotted arrival time. When I called them, they stated they were having truck issues and would be there for another four hours. I booked their services on Tuesday for a move on Thursday. They showed up on time, ready to get to work. They were not able to get the truck close to the apartment but that did not seem to bother them. They went right to work, moving what needed to be moved. They also wrapped everything and ensured the tv was wrapped in a moving blanket. Both guys were very professional and the truck was clean! The same goes for the moving in. They did a fantastic job.
