We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

Our experience with this company was extremely frustrating. The actual movers themselves were very…read morenice and respectful. Our issues were primarily with the scheduling, communication, billing, and how the situation was handled by Erika, who is also an owner. Erika scheduled our move for the wrong day and then disputed what had originally been agreed upon. I have the text messages showing the date and hours that were discussed, so there is written documentation of those conversations. Instead of acknowledging the scheduling issue, she repeatedly changed details, talked over me, blamed me for the confusion, and at one point threatened to have the movers stop working before eventually hanging up on me. Because of the scheduling error, our move had to be rescheduled for the following day. Even on the rescheduled day, the movers arrived approximately an hour late. While the movers themselves were nice, the overall experience had already been made much more difficult by the scheduling mistake and continued delays. There was also a significant difference between the estimate we were given and the final amount we were charged. Erika provided an estimate of approximately $655, but our final total was $1,080, even after the company deducted one hour from the bill. That is a difference of more than $400 from the original estimate. The one-hour deduction was presented as though the company was doing us a favor, when in reality the move had already been disrupted because Erika scheduled us for the wrong day. We were also told that the time was rounded up because that was company policy, yet I have not been able to find anywhere in the information provided to us where that policy was disclosed. When I tried to get clarification about the timing and how the move would be completed, I was told additional labor time might need to be added and that the rain could affect what they were able to do. At the end of the move, we were asked to check our belongings for damage. However, many items were still wrapped and could not reasonably be inspected at that time. We were also placed in the position of knowing that if the movers stayed while we unwrapped everything to inspect it properly, we could potentially be charged for additional time. That does not provide a realistic opportunity for a customer to thoroughly inspect their belongings before the movers leave. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on our experience, the way the business was handled felt misleading and lacked transparency, particularly with the scheduling, billing, undisclosed rounding policy, and the major difference between the estimate and final charge. The entire experience left us feeling that important information was not communicated clearly or upfront.
