I cannot say enough GREAT things about Destiny Movers. From the communication with Marcial who answered all my questions in a polite, professional and timely fashion to the last item placed in our new destination... just amazing! They arrived at 8am on the dot as they said they would. After walking through the house with me to verify what was going, Marcial pulled me aside to show me our contract reiterating the hourly price, number of movers, travel fee, and then pulled out his phone and notes the time (8:14am) which he wrote down on the contract and had me initial. That's when the work began. The 3 man team were so efficient, moving with purpose while carefully wrapping each furniture piece with blankets and shrink wrap to protect them. I had packed all my boxes making sure to label the heavy ones and had them in two rooms closest to the "exit". Every item was taken away while my husband sat in the kitchen and just watched. I totally expected to be "working" during the pick-up, but no. The whole experience was so stress-free. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later (3 man crew) it was done and they were ready to travel to the new destination. They had the address and said "Meet you there!" They arrived no more than 10 minutes after me. This was a newly built home and they were very cautious of walls, floors, getting around corners, up stairs, and through doors. As they brought in pieces they asked where to put them and how to orient in rooms. Just over 2 hrs later everything was done. Marcial asked us to walk through the house and make sure everything was okay and taken care of. He even had my husband walk through the moving trailer to make sure nothing was missed. Out comes the contract and the time was documented (2:21pm) for me to initial. The total expense was written out with the total hours (6) and the travel fee. Everything was exactly as he said it would be... hours worked at the hourly rate and the travel fee... no hidden fees, no "heavy item" extra fees, etc. These guys work so hard, so efficient, and so honest. Outstanding service from start to finish! I cannot recommend Destiny Movers highly enough! After a stressful long-distance move, we had 3 large pods arrive that needed to be unloaded. From the very first phone call, the team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the scheduling process a breeze. On moving day, they arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently, managing to get all three pods unloaded in a very timely manner without sacrificing care for our belongings. What really stood out, however, was the crew's attitude--they were extremely respectful, polite, and genuinely pleasant to have around. It made a hectic day so much easier. They were SO great and were confirmation I made the right choice ! One place quote/ estimated me a 4 hour move for almost $600. THEN they cancelled on me at the last minute due to "unforeseen scheduling conflict" ... SO... I hopped on here to see what else I could find and lucked up on Destiny. They took me at the last minute for early the next day. Arrived ON TIME, professional and ready, and I lie to you not, they got me out of my entire apartment in approximately 15-20 mins. Two guys ...huge truck... and then moved me into my new place in 108 degrees weather, up three flights of stairs with NO complaints or NO BREAKS ... best part is they billed me $270 for 2 men/ 2 hrs (which is the min you could book) but they did it in less that that. Start time 8:15a finish time 9:55. They did do well i HAD to pay them extra... I would definitely recommend !! read more

So happy I decided to go with Destiny Movers for my apartment to new home move. They were amazing and super accomodating. I was supposed to move on Monday, but due to the hurricane had to rescheduled twice and they were so understanding and were able to fit me in their schedule for my move today. They were careful with my belongings and communicated every step of the way. They were also quick and efficient, which I've found actually be a hard thing to achieve with a lot of other movers I've had. At the end of the move, they made sure I didn't need anything else. The wrapped all of our furniture extremely well and handled our items like they were their own. Marcial and his partner were GREAT! Promptly responded to the quote request, agreed on a flat rate price since I needed to be moved 3.5 hours away from Houston. Most of the other companies I requested quotes on just responded with " call us and we will schedule a time to come and provide an estimate".
