So last weekend I moved from medical center to Pearland. The movers were on time and were very friendly. They definitely got my things done in a timely matter. There were a few minor things that they could have done better on. 1. They forgot the boxes for my Televisions. 2. With previous movers I always asked to leave all items in my dresser. This particular time I did. But they turned it upside down to move it into my room. And I'm still looking for one earring. I loved the customer service of the owner. They went above and beyond, for a very attractive price. It was supposed to storm at the scheduled time so they worked with me to find an alternative. They carried bulky furniture up multiple stories without complaining. And they actually passed up on installing my tv in a spot where it would have potentially poked a hole in pipes, for missed revenue of $80 - I'm very happy they were so considerate and careful. They could have gone slightly faster and they did scratch floors I asked them to avoid scratching, but for how affordable and good the overall experience was, this gets five stars. I really wanted to give five stars today but gave four because in the move my TV was damaged. And for the price of my TV what was compensated for the damages I didn't feel was enough. Outside of that the fellas where a big help as a single mom with a toddler moving. I had a pit stop to storage in addition to my apartment and they stopped and grabbed my things. The guys wrapped up my furniture and provided blankets and hand carts at no additional cost. The price was very affordable, and they worked quickly. The two were professional. Again I really wanted to give five but with the damage done to my TV I can't. I was quoted $180 for the first two hours and $65 an hour after. Swift Men were great with our move. They had the most competitive priced quote, were very responsive, worked with our schedules and needs, and got the work done quickly. Cesar organized the move and was our contact via text. The three guys who came to help with the move were respectful and easy to communicate with. The day of the move there was a huge downpour of rain. Our move was in the afternoon so they did another job before us and the rain made them late to our move but Cesar and the team communicated the change to us early and often so we were aware and knew what to expect every step of the way. When the team arrived for the move it was as though they had not done another move earlier - They were fresh and fast. They also managed some magic with getting our couch out of the apartment. It took them 5 hours to move my two bedroom into a smaller two bedroom. A three man crew! When I told them I was stopping at $600 they filled my garage up within 15 mins tops! The new apartment was 5 mins away. My kid's grandpa was able to but together my kids room of twin beds, my sectional and king size bed hour in half tops. That the movers were not able to do. I paid $600 for a half a$$ job. I've had ameritex movers that moved my previous two bedroom that was located on the third floor with a long hallway to get to the elevator and down to the moving truck to move into a townhome in 3 hours tops! Same stuff these movers had minus two TVs! When the lead mover came in to look at what I had he said "ohh wow you don't have a lot" which I did not!
