They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.
