We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. If you are looking for hard working, experienced, honest, responsible moving company that cares about your assets for great price, I wouldn't look anywhere else. He was very abrupt during the first call. He was on vacation and he didn't need me calling him. He did offer to call me back. He did. The first call back was 2 minutes later. The last two calls were in such close proximity to one another we must have been disconnected. While I can't prove a thing, I've had plenty of experiences talking with folks who had been drinking for a while. Personally, I'd classify our last telephone conversation as a drunken rant. Not a full-blown, nighttime "where's all the scotch?" drunkenness. He seemed to have a lesser load on. He was just obnoxious and his attitude came across that I was lucky to him consider taking my money. Last communication from Mr. Vickers that he was busy on Aug. 8-10, and, he was unable to do my move on the 9th. We never discussed the 9th. 1. When a quote/proposal to provide services is provided, a professional will provide a detailed document showing where my money is being spent. That never happened. 2.
