We hired 2 guys from Premier Moving Services to help unload our moving truck. Originally, we had them booked for 5:30pm but my husband pushed for them to come earlier... James moved his jobs around and was able to show up around noon... Unfortunately, the day of the move-in/unload did not go as planned... our painters were not done and our entire interior home was tarped in plastic, a 20 foot ladder was up over the stairs, wet walls throughout. James and Kelly showed up ready to unload our 26' truck... literally with NOWHERE to move our stuff into. (Good thing we had them rearrange their schedule to come to our house early... facepalm.) LUCKILY, James with Premier Moving is AMAZING and was able to have 2 guys come back the next day to unload!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We REALLY appreciate their flexibility with our unforeseen issue! Staff is friendly, polite, professional and FAST! This moving company was booked through UHAUL. Cost was super reasonable. 2 guys for 3 hours was $180! I initially found them on MovingHelp.com for labor only services --- their rating was so great there that I searched to see if they do full service and they do!! An amazing experience with Premier Movers. I had a 14 foot industrial shelving unit that needed to be unassembled and reassembled on the 2nd floor. I also had a large crate with an expensive light fixture that had to be uncrated and moved upstairs. These guys were on time, efficient, neat, so nice and did a great job. These guys were great!!! They were running a little behind and let me know ahead of schedule and kept me updated. I still had some items to pack and they very nice about it. I even had some items that needed to be move to dumpster and they never complained. They always had a smile on their faces and got down to it. I had to leave in the middle of the move, to get my dog and asked if I wanted to keep loading or wait. They were very sweet, did a great job and even loved on my dog! These guys are fantastic! My original moving plans fell through the day I was supposed to move and I called Premier Moving Services based on their 5 star ratings. I talked to James around 10a and he had a team available to move me the same day at 2p. These guys are careful, efficient and moved me fast with not one scrape or scratch to my stuff. I wasn't going to complain, I was just going to let it go until we started unpacking our storage unit and started finding a lot of our belongings broken. It was an awful experience from the start. I set up our move, sent pictures of items to help them prepare the boxing packages needed to move us out; even spoke with them about how long it would take to get things all boxed up too. Someone dropped the ball and they never came out to box things up as they should have and on the day before the move, they called and said they would be there in the morning to move us out. When I asked about boxing our belongings, they had no clue what was going on. I should have moved on from there, but we didn't, and our move got pushed out a week because they dragged their feet getting us packed up (1 person came out to box us up each day, then another would show up later that evening). It was so frustrating! Almost a week behind schedule, they finally came out to move things out and it got worse. They filled up the storage unit from back to front, didn't stack anything and told me they were out of room. Our TV legs (and other household items) weren't even boxed up and were just thrown there on the floor or on top of boxes. I took pictures and sent them to James and he did try and make it right but his team ended up tearing up the insulation and added more cost for the repairs. Our daughter's bed frame is missing brackets to put her bed back together. I finally gave up looking for them and just bought new brackets. I should have known that a 5 star rating was too good to be true, we were fooled, over charged and behind schedule! For those who have garage tools and equipment, for get about it. My drill press on/off bracket is broken, my table saw pieces are broken, chain saw bar oil all over the place. They took that before I could drain the bar oil out of it. The list goes on. From the house to storage was about a quarter of a mile away, not a long haul at all. This was a $4500.00 bill that I got cheated out of! Of all the research I did, I really thought I was hiring the best, I was definitely proven wrong! read more

I am not sure what stars to give. Booked with James who was super friendly to move from my one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment a few blocks away. Just a month before i booked i used another moving company to help a woman in need with 4 kids move furniture from Montrose to Spring and those guys were done within 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was going to use them again but they were booked. So i went with James. His reviews were great on every site i checked. The movers were prompt and friendly as well.The only thing it felt like it was no organization. Yes when we moved it happen to be other movers at the same time for another unit. The day before movers came i moved a lot of things myself to make it even quicker. It took close to 5 hours to move a one bedroom apartment that was not fully furnished. After experiencing amazing movers the first time I was assuming on the reviews this would be the same. I recommended them before i used them to a friend and he had the same experience of a 6 hour move for a one bedroom apartment to another a few blocks away. Again the guys are super friendly it was just that it seem so unorganized and not able to use time management wisely. read more
