Guys showed up on time, very professional and friendly service. Also great consultation, Ben could tell I was busy getting moved in and didn't want to just slap the TVs up on the wall at my discretion and guided me through placement recommendations. I'm already going to have them back out in a couple of weeks. read more

Great work! Communication was great and they did a fantastic job mounting our 55" tv and 2 mirrors. I had one large round mirror at my entryway and 1 full length mirror. They also accept several forms of payment. I love the warranty and also felt safe since they came wearing masks. Will use again in the future and recommend to others read more

We contacted VIP Assembly to put together two sideboards for our dining room. VIP Assembly responded within 5 - 10 minutes of sending the email for a quote. I was amazed. I was expecting to wait a couple of days to get a quote. Even more amazing, we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When the tech arrived, he was professional and courteous. We knew that the instructions were complicated, but the tech never lost his patience or become frustrated. He put the two sideboards together within the time allotted and they look terrific. And, the tech noticed that we had bookshelves that needed assembling. He took the time to put those together too. We are super happy with our experience with VIP Assembly and we will use them again. read more

Omg where do I begin?!! My boyfriend found them last minute yesterday and they were able to come out the same day. We initially only requested the service of bunk bed assembly but after arriving, Mr Ben offered to mount our 3 tvs. He was very reasonable on the pricing and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! He was even kind enough to go to Home Depot to get required items needed for the mounting services. The bunk bed assembly was quite lengthy but he took his time to ensure it was assembled properly, even helping us rearrange it in the room once completed. They offer a ton of services. I would recommend their services to anyone. We will definitely be using them for all future moves! read more

VIP assembly did an absolutely amazing job for me opening a new medical office. We ordered all of our furniture from Wayfair and it took their team over 12 hours to put it all together (about 100 pieces!) and then when we moved into the new office they came and hung all of the artwork, mirrors and blinds and made sure that everything was installed perfectly. They were not only incredibly competent and fast, but also extremely polite and accommodating, even when we asked them to do some very difficult tasks like hanging some very heavy shelves that required some quite complicated engineering. Personally , I find assembling furniture to be one of the most frustrating and difficult things in the world -so having somebody do this for us was absolutely priceless and our office looks fantastic. I'm personally going to call them every time I have anything that needs to be assembled. It's just not worth the headache and frustration- and chances are I would do it wrong! These guys are the experts, and they do it with a smile! Susan Hardwick-Smith, MD read more
