VIP assembly did an absolutely amazing job for me opening a new medical office. We ordered all of our furniture from Wayfair and it took their team over 12 hours to put it all together (about 100 pieces!) and then when we moved into the new office they came and hung all of the artwork, mirrors and blinds and made sure that everything was installed perfectly. They were not only incredibly competent and fast, but also extremely polite and accommodating, even when we asked them to do some very difficult tasks like hanging some very heavy shelves that required some quite complicated engineering. Personally , I find assembling furniture to be one of the most frustrating and difficult things in the world -so having somebody do this for us was absolutely priceless and our office looks fantastic. I'm personally going to call them every time I have anything that needs to be assembled. It's just not worth the headache and frustration- and chances are I would do it wrong! I would definitely hire them again. They were super polite, on time and wore masks keeping with Covid rules which I appreciated. Also, they kept me apprised as to their arrival time with text messages beginning in the morning. They were to arrive at 5:00 pm but it was great to receive the text messages. I hired them to disassemble my existing bed frame, assemble a new bed frame, remove a large old chest of drawers from my home to make way for a new one I had purchased and hang a large mirror on the outside of my closet door. Ben, was so timely and professional -- not used to such great customer care!! He analyzed the complexities of the mounting operation, recommended a better & more secure mounting bracket -- and even traveled to purchase the hardware at no additional cost besides the material. A few days later I contacted Ben if he could install a sound bar. He recommended a good one with a fair value, picked up the bracket and then only had to spend less than 30 minutes installing it!
