I truly don't have the words to describe how much I value Zach and Michelle of Hangman AV. When…read morethey first walked into my home--after their predecessor had failed to complete the job and left me frustrated and skeptical--I felt something shift. For the first time in months, I felt a sense of ease and confidence that I honestly had not experienced throughout this entire ordeal. I'll admit, when I first heard the name Hangman, I wasn't entirely sure whether they could handle my complex networking needs. But at that point, I figured I had nothing to lose. That hesitation disappeared almost immediately--and I mean within the first hour of meeting them. One of the things I value most in any professional relationship is punctuality and communication, and Zach and Michelle exceeded my expectations on both counts from day one. They always showed up exactly on time--not a minute late--and they communicated clearly when they were en route. They kept me informed every step of the way, never leaving me wondering what was happening or when they'd arrive. In a world where contractors often treat schedules as suggestions, this level of respect for my time meant everything to me. Zach has a wide range of tools, plates, and equipment, and I genuinely believe he can do almost anything you ask of him. He does his work politely, professionally, and without any lip service or excuses. Michelle is absolutely delightful and always addresses me respectfully with "yes sir," which is something I genuinely appreciate and rarely encounter anymore. Together, they form a team that embodies the kind of old-fashioned customer service and work ethic that seems to be fading from our world. From the first conversation to the final install, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely refreshing. You can immediately tell they take pride in their work and truly care about doing things the right way--not the fast way, not the cheap way, but the right way. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for my home and my time stood out in every single interaction. But what really sets Zach and Michelle apart--what makes them truly exceptional in my eyes--is their integrity. No human being on the face of the earth is perfect, and I don't expect perfection from anyone. What I do appreciate, what I deeply respect, is when someone makes a mistake and takes full responsibility for it without hesitation or excuse. On one occasion, I had Zach install a power outlet in my home, and he accidentally drilled through my bathroom ceiling. At first, I was understandably frustrated. It wasn't what either of us wanted, and I could see that Zach was genuinely upset about it too. But here's what happened next, and this is what tells you everything you need to know about these people: Zach and Michelle were genuinely remorseful--not with empty apologies, but with sincere accountability. Zach didn't make excuses. He didn't try to minimize it. He took ownership immediately and discounted the repair cost from his services without me even having to ask. That moment said everything to me. It revealed the kind of character that can't be faked or taught. Zach has a heart of gold and a level of integrity that is increasingly rare in today's world. He could have handled that situation a dozen different ways, but he chose the path of honesty, humility, and making it right. That's the kind of person I want working in my home. That's the kind of business I want to support. After everything I've been through with contractors--the delays, the excuses, the lack of communication, the incomplete work--finding Zach and Michelle felt like a genuine blessing. They didn't just complete a job for me; they restored my faith that there are still professionals out there who genuinely care about their craft, their clients, and doing the right thing. I would not hesitate for even a second to recommend Hangman AV to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and people who genuinely care. Zach and Michelle are the real deal.
