I worked with Tony in Dec 2024 for multiple audio, internet and security fixes and upgrades in a newly purchased home. I like to wait on my reviews to make sure I have no regrets or issues, and I can say 1 year later I am happier than when I first got it installed. TLDR: I would highly recommend Tony and his team for his work. I will personally be using them again and have recommended them to others already. Excellent service, responsiveness and genuine customer service. Tony works with you not just for you. He worked with me on within my budget and timelines, and provided great suggestions, options and education to make sure I ended up with the best outcome. Everyone with his company I interacted with was professional, nice, and great at their jobs. Finally, he worked just as hard after the install and payments to locate grill covers for my recently purchased speakers. Which was hard as due to budget/value we went with end of model life options so the grills were no longer being produced. I may have gotten last two in America. Tony (owner) and Patrick (tech) were both completely outstanding from start to finish. I wanted to add new LAN ethernet connections on both 2nd and 3rd floor of my finished townhouse. Tony responded very promptly to my request for quote. I learned Tony used to do industrial cabling work down at Texas City Refinery [now Galveston Bay Refinery] - as a mech engineer whose worked on this refinery, I can tell you this is impressive. Tony immediately understood my project needs, asked great questions/made great points, and I realized I didn't even want to quote anyone else. Tony kindly offered two different quotes (lower cost quote for external-house wiring and slightly higher labor quote for in-wall wiring). I opted for in-wall and running the cables down from my attic (where they tied into my network switch and patch panel). Their cabling work was fantastic - extra coiled up wiring at both ends, well secured, clean & hidden for nice aesthetics, color-coded & also clearly labelled, and they minimized holes in my drywall (I have a top notch drywall/paint guy and it's impossible to tell there were ever any holes). Moreover, they were very respectful of my wife, pets, wearing shoe covers, etc., and helpful throughout - even gifting me a CAT6 cable for my computer while we were testing connection speeds at the end. I recently purchase a 75-inch TV and wanted a professional install to his wires. The TV was going in a large wall and needed to be very neat. I researched installation companies online because I didn't want a disaster like my friends had with a popular company (guy fell through their ceiling). I fount Benchmark on Yelp with a 5-star review. Tiny and his technician were the most outstanding and professional people I have ever had enter my home. Tony spent time finding out exactly what I wanted. He didn't just say, "Where do you want this?" and throw it on the wall. This was a first for me, so I relied heavily on his expertise. I have to agree with the other reviewers... I messaged Benchmark this weekend through Yelp for a project I needed to have done on a very tight timeline. I received very quick responses to each message. I decided to see if Benchmark would be able to get the job done. I called on Monday morning, and Tony was out installing the tv Monday afternoon. He graciously fit me into his schedule and did fantastic work at that. He let me know what time he would be over, texted me while he was on the way, and arrived promptly. He explained a few options on how to conceal the wiring, worked with me on exactly where I wanted the tv placed on the wall, and set the roku player back up as well.
