TLDR: I would highly recommend Tony and his team for his work. I will personally be using them again and have recommended them to others already. Excellent service, responsiveness and genuine customer service. Tony works with you not just for you. He worked with me on within my budget and timelines, and provided great suggestions, options and education to make sure I ended up with the best outcome. Everyone with his company I interacted with was professional, nice, and great at their jobs. Finally, he worked just as hard after the install and payments to locate grill covers for my recently purchased speakers. Which was hard as due to budget/value we went with end of model life options so the grills were no longer being produced. I may have gotten last two in America. This level of follow-through and post-sale support is rare today.

So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off.
