I've never used the services offered by this business ... and it's because they are totally honest…read more Long story short: Our puppy was out of control and my iPad screen became damaged. UBreakiFix told me that they couldn't repair my computer. A little more history... An IT employee in my company told me that Apple, at some point, started making it very difficult to replace a tablet/phone screen without messing up the firmware. In other words, a new screen -- unless Apple replaces it -- won't do you a damn bit of good. (Thanks for nothing, Apple!) The dude I talked to at uBreakiFx pretty much confirmed it. I used Yelp to get bids on this repair and uBreakiFix was the ONLY company that was totally forthcoming with the unfortunate news that I would need to go to Apple for my repair. Though I hope that I will not need screen repair in the future, this company will get my business in the event that I do.
