I had the worst experience ever here. Went in to get a new battery for my Bose headphones, they wanted $130. Then the technician roughly removed the ear pads to check the model number, tore the plastic covering, then claimed I brought it in damaged which was a lie. So I left with headphones that still need a battery and are damaged. Disgraceful. read more

I have an iPhone X. It needed a new screen and battery. Went in to this location - was told the battery had to be ordered. To come back in a week, when the part should arrive. All of my information was taken - my name, email and phone number, and a quoted price. Came back in a week. They don't have the battery. And they don't have all my information, from my prior visit the week before. They made up some excuse that they could no longer get the battery. And they could not fix my phone. I left the store. Went onto Amazon found both the battery (from multiple vendors) and a screen (from multiple vendors) - that could be delivered to my front door - the next day. But for some reason... a store that specializes in smart phone repairs, of all makes and models... could not get the parts, easily found on Amazon. They are liars, lazy, or both. The customer service agent had the cold personality of a chatbot - but in person. And in her mind of "if, then, else," and limited pre-programmed responses, led to her final robotic output: you have to go somewhere else. Beyond ridiculous. read more

I've never used the services offered by this business ... and it's because they are totally honest. Long story short: Our puppy was out of control and my iPad screen became damaged. UBreakiFix told me that they couldn't repair my computer. A little more history... An IT employee in my company told me that Apple, at some point, started making it very difficult to replace a tablet/phone screen without messing up the firmware. In other words, a new screen -- unless Apple replaces it -- won't do you a damn bit of good. (Thanks for nothing, Apple!) The dude I talked to at uBreakiFx pretty much confirmed it. I used Yelp to get bids on this repair and uBreakiFix was the ONLY company that was totally forthcoming with the unfortunate news that I would need to go to Apple for my repair. Though I hope that I will not need screen repair in the future, this company will get my business in the event that I do. read more

I hate to give a bad review because the people here are really nice, but unfortunately I have to. I took my phone in to be fixed under manufacturer's warranty, and apparently the machine they used tore one of the internal cables. The original issue I brought it in for wasn't fixed, and now it's broken even more. The guy at the desk told me that it was still totally functional, which turned out to be false because immediately after I left, I noticed that it won't connect to any cell towers despite multiple resets and reseating the sim card. My only option is to mail it into Samsung and wait up to 14 days to get it fixed. Like a lot of people, I use my phone for work and unfortunately don't have a backup. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient and honestly pretty unacceptable. read more

Great service. i brought in my i phone that had been submerged in water and i hadn't touched it in over a year. they ran a free diagnostic and called me immediately with the results on what needed to be fixed. I'm not the one that's quick to leave a review, But if I had a choice to not give any stars I would. I brought my phone to get the lcd screen fixed, They fixed it. After two weeks had passed my phone turned off & wouldn't charge. So I gave them a call & they told me to bring it in, that they would've fixed it with no problems or no cost. To remind you, I've bought the phone brand new & only had it for 3-4 months. Well after I took it back. They said they couldn't do anything to fix it. Apparently my battery went out.. the phone & the battery was working perfectly fine before I took it to them. Now they wanna charge me another $99.99 just to replace the battery.. After I just spent $99.99 to get the screen fixed! Hell, thats what I paid for the IPhone 6s Plus brand new! I will never be going back here again & ima let EVERYONE know how bad they're service really was! The manager even called me to tell me to come back so he can give me my battery for free as long as I took this post down. Well he did. Literally took 30 minutes for it. As soon as I got it. It was working fine and dandy. Until I let it die on purpose.. just to see if it was the same thing. & yeah. My phone won't come back on or anything. Once again. They messed it up. So I have a iPhone that was accidental dropped in the pool and was told by several people this was the place to take it for repair. So I called they told me they would give me a free quote before any work was performed to the phone I said ok. So I arrive at the shop I give the guy my phone I tell him what happen to it and he immediately started saying it's going to be this much for the screen this much for the battery and this much for other items so I say umm didn't y'all say y'all would give me a free estimate and he says oh yes I'm just letting you know that's probably what you will need. So I leave the phone only to get a call about 1hr 1/2 later from the same guy saying he could remove the screw from the bottom of my phone it was stripped I said wait the phone is only like 8months old and I have never had it removed so y'all would have to be the ones that stripped the screw then he has the nerve to say we it's water damaged so it probably won't be repairable anyway. I have to say they can't even remove a screw without stripping it out tells me there is something serious wrong with this place and I'm pissed now I have to take it somewhere else to be explain to them I didn't strip the screw and have to figure out how to remove the screw now. I called and told them that when my phone would only charge if I pushed up on the plug. Andrew told me it could be as simple as lint in the charge port and if I brought it in it might only take a minute to fix the problem. Got there and Clayton helped me. He removed a big piece of lent and phone now charges great again. Both Andrew and Clayton were very courteous and helpful. They didn't charge me.
