The crack in my screen was because of the design flaw not because of damage I caused. The replacement was the new design that was supposed to fix Zaggs bad design. It is a scam when you want me to pay to fix a flaw in the product you sold me. Hence the post.

I realise it can take awhile for some customers but for the amount of people working, this just seemed to take way too long. No one ahead of me was called up while I waited, and as soon as another waiting patron decided loudly licking and chewing their hard candy was a swell idea, I up and left. There are plenty of other locations; just go somewhere else.

I had several issues so I visited one of their stores and was treated so badly that I swore I would never do business with them again and switched to Verizon that same day. Recently, one of my friends needed to visit his AT&T store and, out of curiosity, I joined him inside. Their customer service and attitude has digressed to an even worse level and I walked out while they treated him like dirt. Maybe he will come to realize phone service can be and is better elsewhere...even at Verizon where I've been a loyal customer for 40 years.

Absolutely the most horrible service! The boss of the store is prejudiced and randomly targets which customers he will help and which ones he will harass. He is rude, mean, and talks about you while you are standing there in the third person. Do not go there if your phone has an issue or doesn't work because he does not handle complaints. Do not expect professionalism at this store, and most importantly, the customer is not right at his store. read more
