I use this computer for my business and all of my files and documents I use to manage this business are now locked out to me on this computer that would not boot. I am not a big business supporter. So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off. If you are curious if you should call Chris for help with your computer needs/repairs, just make the call and let him work his magic. I am completely satisfied with the service and product. He is honest, quick, knowledgeable and has earned any repeat business I may ever need in the future. I am so glad I called and made the decision to use his business. 11 stars from me. It was so easy to configure, and my iPhone recognized them immediately, so it was smooth. They were actually the noise-cancellation, convenience thing that I was looking for, so I purchased them. They have definitely met my expectations. All the staff at this location was so patient and helpful and did not just focus on upselling me to the newest item. I appreciate that many of these features are active noise cancellation. And when I'm at the gym or at work, they filter out most of the background noise that threatens to get in the way. That transparency mode is neat because when I need to, I still get to hear conversations clearly. Whereas sound quality is solid and clean, bass is steady but soft enough not to scare people off, battery life has also been solid: I can use them for hours without worrying about charging. Quality, comfort, performance; that is the worth of what I paid now. Advantages are clear connections, good sound quality and the portability needed. However, to others I can say they might see this as being on the higher price side. Disadvantages might include its price and the fact that they are small enough to easily be misplaced. This is mostly where I would give them a rating of 4.5/5 stars. I consider them beneficial to my lifestyle so I would buy again. And I want to recommend them to consumers who love Apple products, who work out regularly, who travel, and who need noise suppression to concentrate. But those are good enough to warrant it is worth the price if you want top wireless earbuds and are looking for high-end earbuds.

    It wasn't the Baybrook location there's just no other way to Yelp Apple support they stated to be…read morethe middle guy I have charges on my account that are not on an active list on an inactive list that I have done their process and cancelled them all notified them since November there's a problem they steadily keep coming out of my account now I cannot because I had to remove my credit card for safety reasons I had to try to download an app and I can't even do that on my phone with Wi-Fi with phone service can't download an app on my phone and when I'm paid in full for my iCloud and my iTunes and her answer was let me tell you why this is happening and what we're not gonna do and what we can't do we can't give a refund when it's their mistake it's their mistake they just hide behind a wall of excuses and I have to keep paying the bill over $100 worth of charges since November and they keep coming out when they are cancelled. They keep automatically renewing when they have been cancelled. They are on the inactive list they are not on the active list and I am paid in full. I am so fed up with Apple. I've been owner since iPhone 4. I have a 16 pro Max and I am fed up with their responsive. We can't give you a refund. It's not our fault. We're the third party. We're the middle guy. No, you're not. You sold me the phone you make it mandatory. I have to have an iCloud down there you make it mandatory.
