    I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I'm a new client that chose to do everything online to move things a long quicker and from the moment I walked in 3 or 4 employees looked at me with disgust. Maybe it's because I had my Trump shirt on.. which at a business establishment shouldn't matter what political affiliation I have. Immature and close minded employees. I have been waiting here for over 20 minutes and trust me people are available to help

If we didn't like it we can just call the customer service to cancel and get a full refund. Since it was a Christmas present, I dileberately asked whether the trial starts when I first activated it and he said of course. So I believed him. My hubby didn't really liked lugging around the modem and the speed was not that fast so he decided to return it and call customer service. Guess what? The 15 days trial starts on the first day you purchase the modem. So we were 3 days over. So we tried to explain it to the customer service that your sales guy told us the trial period will not start until the first day you actually use their service. I mean it only makes sense right? If we haven't even activated it nor opened the box, how is this a trial? So after arguing with and telling her that if we never opened the box until a month later, then we'd be paying $50/month for not using anything? It doesn't make any sense. So finally after arguing with her for over 30 mins, she said she'll give us a full refund. I had no intentions to write this complaint but because it's been over a month now and I still have not received any refund, this is definitely not a reliable company. Scammers? I don't know. Unethical business practice? Definitely!

They refuse to disclose the limit that will cripple your speeds for the remainder of the month. From what I had been able to gather from trackig my own usage, the LIMIT on this UNLIMITED plan is around 6 GBs... I am at this limit and they telle that I am over 10 GB( a flat out lie ). When throttled, your speed will top off at 0.10 Mbps up. 1 Mpbs down. And a constant ping of 300 ms. And judging by the way they have treated me and the others complaining on the clear help forums, they do not care if you stay or leave, as long as they get your money. Stay away from them at all cots. If you signed a contract leave and fight the EFT tooth and nail. So much for using their "blazing fast speed" for anything other than a monthly bill.

I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

BB replaced 4 pts at the end of my extended warranty in 1/2026, (front & rear bearings, dryer drum and heating element) instead of replacing the dryer after escalating the issue multiple times. The geek squad did the work and the problem is worse than it was prior to the two party team touching my dryer. I have sent multiple videos to the alleged supervisor, Patrick as proof of the problem and he never responded after his visit on 2/5/26. After numerous phone calls, the escalation dept scheduled two follow-up appoints, 2/21& 2/22, both were cancelled via text with no explanation. I was told that the work came with a 90 day warranty and BB is refusing to honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY LARGE APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY. If you're so inclined after reading multiple negative reviews, DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY. purchase it when you get the offer in the mail from the manufacturer. ALWAYS DEMAND THIRD PARTY REPAIR. The dryer has been priced at approximately $630; after sending out 4 techs and replacing four parts, it probably would've cost less to replace the dryer.
