Del replaced the battery in my iPhone for a better price than another repair place I called. He was very fast. I didn't realize they close at 6 and I showed up minutes before that, and he didn't turn me away. They have all kinds of things for sale at a much better price than you'd find at big box stores. And they do repairs on all kinds of things as well. Check them out! read more

This place is a hidden gem! Del is attentive and honest , I felt really comfortable getting my phone screen replaced here . They use good quality glass not like those other guys that replace it with thin dingy glass . Once they started working on my phone Del was able to show me the botched job done by my last repair place . I'm so glad I found this place , the wait time for my screen replacement was quick about 20-30 mins! Very knowledgeable and honorable techs , I'll definitely remember Delfix next time I need screen repairs. read more

A FRIENDLY HEADS UP! I WILL BE SUING THIS BUSINESS! I had damaged the LCD on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced and I needed it for work so I needed it fixed ASAP and I went to this Delfix Computers and Phones to get a replacement. I couldn't have sent it off to Razer because that would take too long and affect my work. I went here, and there was a guy named Nabeel working at the time and I explained to him I needed my LCD fixed and he told me he would have to order the part so it will take a few days. I told him that's fine and I left my laptop there for him to fix. He calls me a few days later and tells me to come pick it up so I go and he tells me to look at everything to see if it looks good. It was horrible! The bezel around the screen was peeling off, and the screen was very low quality. I checked the refresh rate and it was lower than the original. The original screen had a 144hz refresh rate and the screen he put on there had 120hz. The sRGB was terrible. The colors were faded and it just looked like a cheap $400 laptop instead of a $3000 laptop. He said he ordered the screen from eBay!! If he had ordered the screen from laptopscreens.com, I would've gotten an original quality screen. I pointed everything out to him and he started being extremely disrespectful to me and told me to "be quiet and get lost." I told him I need a refund and he said he won't give me one because he doesn't want to. The screen has all types of backlight bleeding on there because he put it on with a lot of pressure. He told me that he's a technician and I should not tell him that he messed up on my laptop. And then he went ahead to say that my laptop isn't expensive when I spent $3000 on it. I'm pretty sure it costs more than he makes in 2 months working there. The audacity! I asked to speak to his manager and he told me he was going to be back on September 2nd and he'll have him call me. It's the 21st now and no call. I called the store back and asked to speak to Del, the manager, and the guy just hung on me. I have reported this business to Better Business Bureau and if they do not give me a refund for the disgusting job they did, I will be taking them to court. A business like this should not be allowed to operate. They don't know how to treat their customers and they do not know how to fix high end computers. So, if anyone if thinking about taking their high end computer to these scammers, please think twice. They do not value your devices! They will mistreat them and put low quality parts on them! You're better off going to Geek Squad or UBreakIFix. They are professionals and it is worth the money. They will not screw you! read more

Quality, professionalism, and convenience would perfectly describe my experience. I called before arriving, and not only was the adapter I required available, it was significantly lower in cost, compared to best buy. I was also instructed to bring my monitor to ensure I was getting what I needed, forward thinking and no double trips. If you need quality service, I highly recommend them. I was in desperate need of a replacement keyboard for my laptop, and couldn't wait 4-5 business days for the part. Called Del (that's the owner's name, which makes the business name really brilliant), and he thankfully had one left! Drove there like my life depended on it (it almost did; needed a same-day turnaround), and Del replaced my...Dell keyboard (pun not intended, I promise). He also re-wired my wireless card at no extra cost. Other stores quoted me 2x his price, so I really, really can't complain. I got tremendous service, a lightning-quick turnaround, all at a pretty decent cost. I highly recommend Del for your Dell PCs (ok i might have forced this pun in) and other electronics. read more

I brought my computer here last month when it wouldn't turn on or stay on. They fixed it quickly that same day, and it hasn't given me any problems since. The charge was less than I would have paid at a big tech store, and the diagnostic deposit covered it. Plus I didn't have to show a warranty or some proof that I was paying a retainer to have a Geek Squad fix something as best they could. The repairman was respectful, courteous, and asked the right questions without going into a lot of geek-speak. The store is clean and well organized, and they have a lot of refurbished computers for sale at really good prices, and parts below retail. Everyone really needs to get a place like this in their directory, a contact so when their computer has problems--and it will--they won't waste time calling around in a panic trying to figure out the closest place or the best price. Like I said, the prices aren't dirt cheap but they're still way less expensive than going to Best Buy or Fry's, and you get more for your money, and it's easy to find and to get to, right on the freeway feeder between Edgebrook and Shaver off I 45 South (behind Office Depot). I feel a lot better knowing that if my laptop or desktop quits on me, I can make a phone call and drop it off and feel secure that it will be fixed right as quickly as possible. I went into delfix to get my MacBook Pro upgradd because it was maneuvering very very slowly the sales representative insured me that I could replace the RAM but I would be better off receiving a SSD hard drive instead to expedite the loading process, the file sharing process, and the overall Internet experience the price of the work done was extremely affordable here and cheaper than a lot of other companies that I researched . Staff is helpful and friendly, prices are very reasonable, they have done exactly what I asked for my system and fixed the problems with my desktop in the same day.
