It would take 3-4 hours to change the battery on my iPhone. I then stopped by uBreakiFix and the gentleman was very polite. Checked my battery and confirmed it needed replaced. He said it would by 45 minutes to an hour. I dropped it off went to grab a bite to eat and went back. It was done in less than 30 minutes and is working like new. I am impressed with their friendliness and speed. Cannot comment on cost because I didn't ask Best Buy want they charged but with the friendliness and speed I will go back when I have an issue.

My Face ID did not work, My screen was sticking out of my phone, and the camera quality was TERRIBLE. I had to go in and have the issues replaced, which I'll admit they did fix 1 of the 3 problems. However, the screen was still subpar to any apple screen. Once my screen broke again, I wasn't too upset because I had a "Warranty" BUT when i went in for them to fulfill said warranty they said "there's nothing we can do if you broke it" So what exactly is this "WARRANTY"? Only applies when UBREAKIFIX didn't fix it correctly ? Terrible service. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
