My phone works again! Wow. Is it a miracle? Or just the work of really swell professionals working…read moreat iPC Repair on Kirby? Maybe both. Thanks, boys. Glad to have my means of communications restored so quickly.

PLEASE don't ignore the bad reviews for this place‼PLEASE don't give your valuable items to these…read moreguys because they show no care for them and lack no accountability for their actions. I dropped off my Asus tuf a16 laptop with these guys because it was having an issue with it giving me the black screen over and over again saying "your computer ran into a problem and has to restart". I also had part of the palm rest that was disconnected from the frame (I show this in the pictures) on the left side and I didn't know if this was the issue causing this or it was a separate software type issue. Mind you, I had another tech repair shop look at it and determine it probably needed a new palm rest (they didn't touch the computer at all) and I had one guy a month ago unscrew and open the bottom of my laptop to clean the dust off the fans because I thought that might be the issue. * IMPORTANT DETAIL*‼ the guy that cleaned my fans screwed the plate back onto my computer everything was the same as before. I drop it off at IPC repair Wednesday October 28th, the guy tells me give them two days for a diagnostic test which I paid 35 dollars for. They don't call me on that Friday but I call them and ask them have they had any updates. The guy says they need at least another day to run some more tests and he'll contact me back later that day or Saturday. I also told them specifically DO NOT do any work on my computer without telling me what's wrong with it first, because in my mind if the repair is too expensive I was just going to put that money towards another computer. The guy calls me back that Saturday saying that my operating system was corrupted and they did some repairs to restore it and it would be $128 dollars. I told him I never authorized them to repair anything and I told him I'd come talk to him and pick it up Monday morning to get to the bottom of this. They say my laptop is stable and working properly. They call me ahead of time on Monday saying the computer has stopped working properly again and they need more time but I tell them forget about it and I'm just going to pick it up because I don't have time to push my school work back. I get there to pick up my computer and the guy tells me the $128 was a miscommunication and that I don't have to pay anything. I look at my computer and the palm rest, and the frame at the bottom is completely split from my computer and it's separated on both sides causing the structuring of my computer to be unstable. I tried to pick it up and the screen literally collapsed on me. They tell me don't close it and that I should just look to use it as a dedicated desktop from now on. And they explain to me that the screws cannot catch in the housing because the frame needs to be replaced completely. These guys lied to my face, and now my laptop is in even worse condition than how I brought it to them. Im looking to file a complaint with the Texas attorney general and might even take this to small claims court because this computer was $800 and for them to call themselves "professionals" and mishandle my property like this and then lie to my face about it trying to make me think my computer was already like this, is true scum bag behavior. Also on my drive home he calls me and says he can give me a refund for the diagnostic fee (because he knows he did wrong) and he sent me that refund but I still want them to fix what they broke asap!! First three pics are how my laptop was before and the others are after this "service" was done.
